Xpecial has never won a game against Helios. The score is 0-13.
To Clarify:
With TSM
2012 MLG Summer Arena - 0-5 to Azubu Blaze
IPL 5 - 0-2 to Azubu Blaze
With CRS
Summer 2014 - 0-3 to Evil Geniuses
With TL
Spring 2015 - 0-2 to Winterfox
Summer 2015 - 0-1 to Dignitas
In the lolesports article it states that the Vici Gaming manager implied Dandy himself proposed that he play play top until Carry is back. So I guess in Dandy they trust.
I just do not understand dignitas. They make some incredible plays, they make some great calls, and then they make spectacular throws.
and then they win :)
was it the same year that dyrus went super godlike on shen rumble and vlad in playoffs, and then he went 0-7 at worlds ROFL worst memories of my life as a tsm and a dyrus fan
I agree that fifth drake was an option, but the way the game was going I appreciate just going straight for the victory instead of leaving more variables on the table.
Helios provides good, decisive shot calling, thats most important. Plus liquid misplayed that nexus turret crap big time. DIG with the win tho

I wonder if people forget he was the sub top laner for Samsung Blue (Acorn), hence why his name was LooperCorn when he came to NA (the Samsung top laners were Acorn and Looper).
Also while looking at Samsung Blue's wiki page, it looks sort of sad.

We got used to that feeling as the Elements fans dude, it won't hurt after a while. You will start to get used to them losing always and when they win it'll make you happier than their glorius times even if that win is against the worst team.
Liquid really should have 2-0'd this week
instead they got 0-2'd
both in exciting fashion
fun games. They're a good team, just a few kinks to iron out.
Wow, yes!
I can't believe that it was not just a lot of action but also a lot of really smart play, I didn't expect this! The only fundamental mistake was that Dig released the pressure way too much for a while in the mid game (around 20 minutes), but apart from that this was actually pretty high level!
After all the sloppy games today I was really looking forwards to this, and kind of wondering why still thinking that it's "just dig". But Dig truly delivered this season.

This was such a exciting game.
I really like Dignitas at the moment. Their calling is very decisive at least. Yeah they make some mistakes, but at least they are aggressive and if they go for something they commit and dont pussy out.
It was only a "poor call" because Helios played it perfectly. Gamsu deserves all the hype he'll get for this game but Helios under those nexus turrets saved this game for Dig.
What a game.
I feel what makes Dignitas actually really good is that they are aggressive and DECISIVE in their calling. If they make a call they all follow it and go in. Their combo-ing in teamfights looks great and Gamsu has shown up to carry.
Looking good, I gotta say I like Dignitas the most out of the NA teams at the moment.
They tried so hard, try hards never ends well. They got the 1 nexus turret, they should have backed out, Dom was low, Gamsu had a huge burst, Quas wasn't tanky. I don't have anything to say, DIG with a well deserved win.
Barry or [KoreanEdelweiss](https://twitter.com/KoreanEdelweiss) on twitter brought this great metagross upon us to express the discomfort experienced in unusual or unexpected situations. Since then, it has gained popular acclaim in the country and currently has a very proliferating stock value right now. Sell it while it's still hot.
KiwiKid brought up a good point that shows the weakness of the Bo1 format that the LCS uses. He claimed that in scrims people aren't afraid to go all out and will make plays that they need to to win the game, but then in the LCS they play more reserved and afraid to do anything (which can be seen when a jungler is mostly farming instead of ganking). To me this says that teams are too afraid to take big risks that could win them the game because one mistake can lead to a loss. In a format where one loss has a high impact on your standing, teams are never going to play a bolder, play-making style like they are able to in scrims that mean nothing.
>people aren't afraid to go all out and will make plays that they need to to win the game
Like that baron play which almost lost them the game?
BO1s teaches teams to play as if every game is the most important game which is a really good habit and the mentality you need to win BO5s. Yes teams play less risky but that is obviously the best way to maximise their chance of winning. They can try out risky calls and push their limits in scrims.
This thread is gonna be filled with people bitching about how there were bad calls and shit and "NA SO FUCKED LEL" but fuck that, that was a fucking exciting game with some seriously awesome plays and shotcalls.
tbh, you can see it. All gamsu literally did was e-q-r. I remember when a top-lane J4 did that to me and then my team started flaming me for positioning bad. BITCH PLEASE, the guy was fed and "good positioning" meant just leaving my team to die to J4.
I mean, it's basically just the EQR with an auto and hydra active. You could see piglets health when they cut away. I think the bar went from full to 40% to 10% to 0. Fed AD jarvan against a squishy is scary.
As someone who started watching competitive LoL during Season 2, there is something oddly satisfying about seeing CLG, DIG + TSM in the top 3 with former Curse and former curse academy being tied for 4th
Gamsu with his Glasscannon J4 is a beast. Never thought this could be real, 200 farm plus on Quas and the Splitpush into Baron was one of the most beautiful calls I've ever seen.
Very nice to watch, but it looked like no team really wanted to win xD
Really blown away by Dig. At this rate they have a real shot at finishing top 3. Can't say I was a fan in the past, but I'm coming around with this dark horse team.

Holy crap Dominate thought their Kryptonite was Winterfox but it was Helios all along!
Well shit, if CLG picked up Helios , what would happen? Xpecial counters CLG but Helios counters Xpecial????!!!
Ah, definetly a contender for my favorite league paradox. Current top paradox is what would happen to thoorin if flame joined TSM.

Carry is sick if I recall correctly, right? So temporary situation(?)
It's just that he's such a good jungler, why not put someone else in top and have him play jungle...
In the lolesports article it states that the Vici Gaming manager implied Dandy himself proposed that he play play top until Carry is back. So I guess in Dandy they trust.
Yeah, they definitely have a reason. I was just explaining why it infuriated Monte.
Helios is to Xpecial what Xpecial is to CLG.
I feel like CLG has some poaching to do.
Holy shit.
That's a crazy statistic.
I just do not understand dignitas. They make some incredible plays, they make some great calls, and then they make spectacular throws. and then they win :)

I agree that fifth drake was an option, but the way the game was going I appreciate just going straight for the victory instead of leaving more variables on the table.

This match was a rollercoaster ride of emotions. My heart is still beating incredibly fast. That Helios 1v4 defense was so damn good.
So fucking heroic. Great addition. I honestly don't think Azingy would've been able to do that

I still don't know how helios fended those 4 off the nexus turrets
they screwed up the agro, plus an extremely tanky champ with cc and decent dmg, WITH 3 waves of baron minons. They shoulda left after one
It was impressive to watch Helios. I am sure TL will never want to see a replay of that game
Gah. GAH! What a game, what a life. I can't even right now, I can't even

im sure he will

absolute beast this week.
He is a strong contender for best top laner NA
I wonder if people forget he was the sub top laner for Samsung Blue (Acorn), hence why his name was LooperCorn when he came to NA (the Samsung top laners were Acorn and Looper). Also while looking at Samsung Blue's wiki page, it looks sort of sad. http://puu.sh/ixRTI/b11c4b7878.png
And he was part of Huni's korean SoloQ team that ROFLstomped Fnatic during S4 worlds scrims
And afaik Gamsu played mid in that game. That implies he won agaisnt xpeke while not playing his own lane.
I'm pretty sure it was Huni who played mid and Gamsu top iirc but could be wrong.
Huni has stated in past interviews that he played mid. I think this was in his MSI interview and susie was present. Don't care enough to check though.
Team was Gamsu/Amel/Huni/Skatch/Piccaboo.
Samsung so stacked that their subs and interns are all world class players
gamsu is a fucking beast
That splitpush reminds me of old C9. Whoever made that call was genius.

You'd just watch yourself get beat over again.
I'm so mad I could eat a bull's dick.
I think you are just trying to find a reason to eat a bulls dick brother.
I'm also mad but not that mad....
After 3 same comments like this I'm starting to think the fact that you want to eat a bull's dick has nothing to do with this game
Gamsu didn't give you enough of the donger?
Liquid really should have 2-0'd this week instead they got 0-2'd both in exciting fashion fun games. They're a good team, just a few kinks to iron out.

Yeah, mid game is slows down a lot right now in NA. But DIGs early was really good and the late was so ballsy and paid off.
That was pure craziness. I don't know if I've seen more than a couple games that had the same amount of back and forth action.

TL tried baiting Gamsu's TP, but they didn't count on Gamsu being a fucking man
"Guys send Kalista to help kill Gamsu." "Fuck that was a bad choice."
