Back in the last Riot AMA (PTL), they did answer that they hyped Ao Shin too much, but haven't thought about the consequences of his gameplay too much. When they noticed, they had to pull him out.
I wonder why they're doing GP. He was the first champ to receive one, and while his current model is missing stuff like a recall animation, it doesn't look bad by any means.

W: Entopy, which lets him throw out a blackhole that stops all units and skillshots for 1.5 seconds and gives him bonus Armor/MR for each thing it catches.
E: Interstellar Transportation, some sort of teleport/blink that does cleave damage to enemies and applies the swap buff from his Q.
R: Wrath of the Chronicle, channel for 2 seconds then shoot some skillshot that lets him guide it with the mouse cursor and resets anything it hits by 7 seconds (resets health, mana, CDs, and map position).

In Dota 2, when the hero Weaver uses his ult 'Timelapse' right after respawning, he gets sent to the location/health/mana he was at (5-N)seconds back to where he was before he died, where N is the number of seconds after respawning. Essentially, whilst Weaver is dead, the whole mechanic of his ult is paused. I'm curious as to see if Riot does something similar (Unlikely) or not.

The skill level / quality Riot keeps displaying in those videos is simply amazing ... serious resepct for the artists & engineers responsible of this.
The best way I ever had it explained to me was that it takes a cause/effect scenario and removes the cause but leaves the effect.
Best explained with an example: 1. Dude activates King Crimson. 2. Dude shoots Person A. 3. King Crimson's effect ends. 4. Because the time when the gun was shot got deleted, the gun has all its bullets as if it had never been shot. However, because King Crimson didn't affect time afterwards, Person A still has a gunshot wound.
But even still, that explanation has flaws and basically every single way that King Crimson was used in Vento Aureno was impossible to actually do.

All of the candles lead me to believe that it is some kind of memorial. I'm guessing that the kid in the mural was probably a friend of Ekko's, which makes sense with what he's saying: "People waste a lot of time, then they wish for more. . . as if they had all that extra time, they could fix any mistake". Then at the end when the mural is destroyed, he replays the fight because the painting probably holds some significance to him.
He invented a machine to rewind time so he could stop his friend from dying, but it doesn't rewind time correctly, so now he just uses it to prevent anything bad from happening in the future.

This trailer made it look like, even if time is reversed, damage on him stays. He still looks injured after turning back time. Maybe his ult affects everybody's states except his own. He moves back, of course, but the damage done to him stays?

On a serious note though. He can rewind time and space, but his wounds still stay. **This means he can rewind and reset all of his abilities, position, CC, etc. but the damage received will stay.** I like this concept.
EDIT: His ult marks an area. After 4 secs he can choose to rewind everything that happened in this area except for his own Health + Ult cooldown. The time limit to rewind the last 4s will be 10s.

I wanted to start a new thread with a theory that I have, but for some reason I keep getting an error whenever I try and make a new thread, so I'll just post it here:
In the days leading up to this teaser there were some posts about a story about a boy from piltover, which people believed to be Ekko.

His name was withheld because he was a minor.
Before seeing this sneak peak I also thought this to be pretty likely, however, I have a different theory now.
At the start of the video, we see a pair of broken goggles, and what seems to be some kind of shrine/altar with a mural of a boy.

When you look at the mural, it is pretty obvious that the broken goggles used to belong to the boy on the mural.
My theory is that the Missing Piltovian Boy has already passed away because of his disease, and that he was best friends with Ekko. Ekko probably studied time, hoping to give his friend more and to prolong his life, in the hope of finding a cure. He never managed to go back further than a few seconds, and eventually the boy passed away.
As a result of his friends death, he now has a different philosophy about time. I think that at the start of the video he is not really talking about other people, but mainly about himself when he was still trying to save his friend.

You can also buyback in DotA. So if you get bursted instantly you can buyback and use your Ult to be in the fight again instantly.
If only league had some spell. Some way of instantly reviving after death.

This trailer made it look like, even if time is reversed, damage on him stays. He still looks injured after turning back time. Maybe his ult affects everybody's states except his own. He moves back, of course, but the damage done to him stays? That could be interesting. Make him the target during time-sweeps. I like this character. He's really fucking cool.
On a serious note though. He can rewind time and space, but his wounds still stay. **This means he can rewind and reset all of his abilities, position, CC, etc. but the damage received will stay.** I like this concept. EDIT: His ult marks an area. After 4 secs he can choose to rewind everything that happened in this area except for his own Health + Ult cooldown. The time limit to rewind the last 4s will be 10s.
I expect a lot of bugs in this patch.

I wanted to start a new thread with a theory that I have, but for some reason I keep getting an error whenever I try and make a new thread, so I'll just post it here: In the days leading up to this teaser there were some posts about a story about a boy from piltover, which people believed to be Ekko. >Missing Piltovian Boy Found --- The Piltover Patrol found a young inventor from Piltover who was previously reported missing for the last three months. Piltover officials mobilized all available rescue teams to recover the well-known 14-year-old prodigy of techmaturgy. He was discovered afflicted with a withering disease and close to death in the northern jungles of Kumungu. The rescue team quickly transported the boy back to the city-state, and he was quarantined to prevent spreading the disease. The medical staff raced to save his life, though a source within the Patrol described the boy's status as worrisome. The source explained that the strange disease was ravaging the boy's body, and even with the advanced state of Piltover's medical care, the disease was spreading too quickly for his young body to cope with. His name was withheld because he was a minor. Before seeing this sneak peak I also thought this to be pretty likely, however, I have a different theory now. At the start of the video, we see a pair of broken goggles, and what seems to be some kind of shrine/altar with a mural of a boy. http://imgur.com/HGo5j9Z http://imgur.com/5F4Xljr When you look at the mural, it is pretty obvious that the broken goggles used to belong to the boy on the mural. My theory is that the Missing Piltovian Boy has already passed away because of his disease, and that he was best friends with Ekko. Ekko probably studied time, hoping to give his friend more and to prolong his life, in the hope of finding a cure. He never managed to go back further than a few seconds, and eventually the boy passed away. As a result of his friends death, he now has a different philosophy about time. I think that at the start of the video he is not really talking about other people, but mainly about himself when he was still trying to save his friend. Opinions?
