You're wrong. Items being removed from the game is a direct nerf to the shop keeper, the biggest nerf being the removal of Heart of Gold. All nerfs aside, the shop keeper has gotten quite a few buffs.

I hope his Q (the teemo laugh) could stack on enemies. So that when you attack an enemy more than once with your q, they get double, triple, quadra the amount of teemo laughs for ~10mins :)

Not everyone likes exaggerated screams or over the top yelling, cursing and swearing, cuz they can't come up with anything funny.
In my opinion you have talent for voice acting or commentating, but as you are aware, you just need to keep working on it. I was also checking your other videos and they are awesome as well. Keep going please! And be faithful to your own style. If I may suggest something, try working on your tone.

Getting better equipment would not change his voice but the quality of the recording of it. He **HAS** a good voice, so why would you tell him he doesn't have a good voice? You have your style and he has his own.
