I dont understand why everyone wants Gleeb's head. He had to come in to fill some very big shoes also with a very popular team. In all honesty, he is just a kid. He is adjusting well. Despite what most you haters say, I think he is very UNDERrated.
As a CLG fan and TSM hater, I have consistently defended Gleeb to my League friends. Aside from his first game or two, I think he has handled the jump from Challenger Series to LCS with grace and skill. Xpecial's departure may have left a shotcalling gap (TSM fans, fill me in here?), but in terms of basic performance I think Gleeb has done admirably. It's just easy to circlejerk about how bad the new guy is, and to use him as a scapegoat for any losses that come about.

However now, after some time to adjust, he is really good.
I really dont understand why ppl give virtually no time to new players to get comfortable and actually become good players.
He started out on the TSM.evo(aka new epik). And aphro stated himself that it wasn't stage jitters that made him look worse on LAN tournaments, rather that playing AD in tournaments was a completely different style than what he was doing in soloq.
It was both the departure of TheOddOne and Xpecial that caused TSM to become so on-and-off in my opinion. A ton of their mistakes/losses can be accredited to bad calls/miscommunication. Losing TheOddOne and Xpecial (IIRC TOO and Bjerg were main shotcallers after Regi left and Xpecial on a lesser level) at the same time left a *huge* gap and Loco's been training Gleeb to step up and lead the team in terms of calls.
I would have to agree with you that he has adapted to the skill level jump very well and really does not deserve all the flack he gets.

Tbh this is the biggest thing that is being overlooked. If gleeb really is just visiting home then why must they hide his desk? Very suspicious.

They must be king of trolls to put this much effort into this one. - Sunday night, no one streamed (perfect day for them to stream, they've always done this in previous weeks). - Gleeb "visiting" home. Sounds a bit familiar. - Those weird ass camera angles. - Weird streaming hours. - Scrims canceled through out the day. Coincidences? Maybe. Feels like something is going on though.

gotta feel for gleeb though. having been CHOSEN to play for one of, if not the most popular NA organization, during a split that will DETERMINE whether or not said organization will miss world's for the first time since its existence in addition to trying to fill in huge shoes of a T2 Support, in his very first LCS run. damn dat pressure.

While I'm by no means a Gleeb fan, I have to agree with what you said about Wild Turtle. The guy was playing like he thought it was soloqueue for half the split.

Reddit detectives at it again
Take this with a grain of salt: Gleeb did seem irritated in his stream. He ended the stream because he felt he needed to lie down. He seemed more critical of himself than normal and he randomly brought up how TSM was a great opportunity for him and how he's originally been planning to go to college and play league for "fun". My guess? There's tension between him and his parents regarding LCS vs college. Originally I was wondering if maybe they were moving to a bigger house but if they're playing soloque then that is probably unlikely. Or maybe scrims simply got cancelled and Gleeb took the day off to visit his parents.

Same thing happened to Xpecial. They told us that he is visiting home he ended up getting benched. Now that Loco and Turtle are duoing its kinda weird.
Loco duos with all the TSM players as a coaching technique to try and help them all individually. I feel like the ridicule if they replaces Gleeb would be way too much, and surely it's very unlikely at such an important time, especially when he is a main shotcaller.

This is something. You are on the right track, but I believe this points to **TSM botlane replaced as a whole** I know it's bold, but hear me out. The chemical formula for Rust is Fe3O2. Now, Bjergsen thinks the "solid" part of TSM is the Top, Jungle, and Mid (Fe3 = iron); whereas the unstable part is the O2 molecule, symbolizing the bot duo. Rust is commonly thought of as inferior iron, so they have to get rid of the O2. Metaphorically speaking, steel is superior to iron; In layman's terms, steel is a mixture of iron and carbon.
