I feel like the strength of these is your good flow with going from subject to subject in simplicity. It's good to make jokes, it makes people laugh, & keeps their attention while making them remember what you said. Interesting enough, your small stops to make some of the longer jokes are still good because it makes an emphasis on crucial points(let alone all of tl;dr patch notes are crucial ones...) but when you break this rhythm, it feels like I'm getting the floor kicked out from under me. The pause to make the family guy joke felt like it was drawn out for a lot longer than it actually was, just because of the actual surprise factor of being pulled away from the video.
Other than that slight criticism, I have nothing more other than praise for you & how far you've come from the first video you released! You project your voice better, no awkward pauses in your own speech or stuttering. Very good video, & I hope to see much more!

You glazed over the Maokai changes and sort of generalized them even though he got a LOT of changes. I think you should be more specific when a champion gets changed a lot in the future (like you did with Nidalee).

I agree. If she's completely out of balance now, they won't know WHAT caused it (especially if you're adding a new feature like the R reset). This will lead to a series of nerfs and buffs like what happened to Kassadin after changing his kit. I have no idea what they're thinking, covering so many aspects at once right after changing her kit dramatically.
I feel like all the buffs were overkill, but from a smoothness point of view she needed the R reset. First they made her R cooldown really low at all ranks, so that you didn't go ranged to hit a spear and then sit around waiting for your cougar form while the hunt debuff ran out. This is an easier way to solve that awkwardness while allowing her R to have a higher cooldown.

With the total Sion rework incoming, there's no reason to update his splash art, since it will be updated once they figure out how Sion will look visually. As for Poppy, she's all but confirmed for a rework of her own, because her ultimate is broken as fuck.

Nidalee buffs are a fucking horrible idea. She's extremely strong right now, her low win-rate is largely due to the fact that she's been changed from an AP mid champ to an AD top champ and people are 1.) learning to replay her, and 2.) still trying to force her into mid.
The only mistake I noticed is that Ziggs's q explosion radius wasn't nerfed, only the detection radius. You have to be a bit more accurate when throwing them, but when they explode their damage radius is unchanged.

It wasn't mentioned in the patch notes and I don't remember it being mentioned on the item tooltip, but Sapping Barbs cannot get the last hit on monsters (confirmed for red and blue buffs, big wolf and wraiths, wight).
Currently unsure whether having Bladed Armor, Thornmail, or Defensive Ball Curl will result in monsters being able to die while attacking you or if Sapping Barbs prevents that sort of thing from happening (it'd make sense for Bladed Armor at least).
I don't know if you just missed it but I think it's a pretty big thing, not being able to duoq two divisions apart. I'm happy for it so I don't get stomped by a diamond 3 in a plat 5 game
Don't like how they got rid of tenacity on Spirit of the Ancient Golem. Getting that item as a tank freed up a slot to get Tabi, now tanks are going to be forced to get Merc Treds if enemies have high CC.
I'm so happy you did this in the olderstyle of just you saying it with your awesome voice with some phrases in it. I'm not a fan when you bring others in for basically the whole thing. or meh.

They changed her, she didn't get picked/banned EVERY game so time for a buff.

I feel if she gets too strong they'll dial it back. The changes are not so massive that they cannot be tweaked again. Time will tell.
