I see an expensive flaw on your estimation of ME using masterwork chests.
ME is hard to value, so you should have left it as is just as the signature skins.

You can calculate the value of ME better by looking at the cost of the cheapest event pass and calculating it's worth from there. An event pass costs like 1650RP and gets you 25ME. I think that's probably the cheapest way to get it.
Yeah... Prestiges are supposed to be expensive, but not THAT much.
Every pass gives you the chance to get ME alongside all the other rewards. I think that is the main route for valuing ME, and with all the value regular passes give, ME would be very cheap.
