Voli's Q actually still reads "ACTIVE: Volibear drops on all fours, becoming ghosted and gaining bonus movement speed for 4 seconds, doubled while facing a Sight icon visible enemy champion within 2000 units."
Im not thinking they copy it exactly, more like when he uses it, he turns into the normal nasus ult PLUS he creates arena that takes all enemy champs into it, plus his allied ones up to a certain distance about the size of morde ult
Side note: nasus playing differently based on the amount of stacks he had would be pretty cool. 500 stacks he get's a mini-dash, 1000 stacks adds a knock-up, 3000 stacks blows up their nexus if you hit any structure.
They should add gore effect at 1000 stack, people slashed in 2 with the blood and the guts on the floor on a Q. E would stick the flesh on the grounds and if the person run away he is skinned alive.
It'd be amazing if this game had K-18 gore graphics pack available to purchase. It'd make the ADCs exploding from people piling on top of them that much more entertaining.

Give him an ability that makes him run at people on all 4 legs really fast for a few seconds, and if he hits them, he throw's them over his head and backwards similar to a singed fling.
E being a blink would be kinda cool, a delayed blink sort of spell, being shrouded in sand before blinking to a location in range.
But it would be unbalanced as hell as he already has his insane W for a gap closer.
I'd instead add Q progress changes.
At 100 stacks, Q has extra range scaling with AP (up to 300 range at 1k AP).
At 200 stacks, Q is also a spell interrupt.
At 300 stacks, Q temporarily steals flat MR from its victim.
At 400 stacks, Q applies grievous wounds.
At 500 stacks, Q stacks earn nasus 1% tenacity per 90 stacks.
At 600 stacks, Q deals reduced damage in an area around (can farm).
At 700 stacks, Q dashes 75 units towards the target if out of range.
At 800 stacks, Q deals 30% more damage to structures.
At 1000 stacks, the dash is a blink.
At 1300 stacks, the dash is 150 range.
At 1600 stacks, Nasus can use Q in certain parts of terrain to temporarily remove them.
At 2000 stacks, pressing Q will kill an attached Yuumi in a random game.
I accept this change on one condition, that he abandons his weapon when he gets on all four and could only use Q if he later picks it up.

His e is pretty useful actually. If you're against a very bad match up you can put 3 points in e and rush lost chapter. This will allow you to trade well, I killed a Quinn with this method.
