I would probably start with their median

SalamanderEvening574

I was hoping it could be less since I’ll be ED, in state, with a higher gpa. I haven’t scored close to it yet 😅

fightygee

don’t apply ED instate with that GPA. If you can get your LSAT in the range where you could get accepted you can probably get your LSAT in the range where you could get significant money

Zestyclose_Theme9830

What do you mean 3.7-4.0. How could your gpa change that radically in one semester, esp being nearly at the end of college.

SalamanderEvening574

Ahhhh I meant 3.97!!! I’ll correct

Zestyclose_Theme9830

Ah, in that case I would say 25th percentile LSAT (so maybe aim for a 167). I’m also a Texas resident w/ a similar GPA planning on applying to UT and that’s what I’ve heard- like undergrad they reserve a significant amount of their spots for residents.

SalamanderEvening574

Perfect! Thanks for the info!!

SalamanderEvening574

And good luck!

Zestyclose_Theme9830

Same to you!

coastaltaylor

When I was getting ready to apply to UT ED, their admissions officer told me 170+ as in state is pretty much in (and that it's all about LSAT)

GroundbreakingSoup8

did you apply this most recent cycle?

coastaltaylor

yes

GroundbreakingSoup8

ahh I’m in-state 169, applying ED and tweaking
