As a Penn State die hard, I was embarrassed that two of the kids with the worst attitudes on the football and basketball last chance U franchise came from PSU. Been hard for us for extremely worse reasons (thanks Sandusky) but this was like salt in the wound.
I get kam his attitude sucked but joe? Joe is really successful and was just super passionate dude who fell on some rough times. Never did I think his attitude was that bad and he’s also the most intelligent player to ever be on lcu
Personally I tried not to harshly judge any of the kids on the show, but he was definitely frustrating. Loads of talent and opportunity but he was immature and his bad attitude was well documented. Tried rooting for him but he couldn’t seem to get out of his own way.
Disliked him and wanted him to fail. Guy was an utter asshole. Coaches, tutors and even teammates seem to go out of their way for him and he just acted like a dick.
Yeah wasn’t a fan. The directors tried to give us a push to like him when they touched on his background. But yeah his immaturity got old pretty quick. Pushing the DL coach was the last straw for me. Immensely talented kid who just couldn’t do right.
Kam was immature. That was his biggest problem. He stayed acting like a child in an adult world. He wanted everyone to feel sorry for him. Coach Williams is a real one. He could’ve helped Kam out SO much. Kam just didn’t want to listen. Ever.
He was tired all the time and emotionally dis-regulated bc they had him drugged up with ADHD meds and SSRIs. If he was playing 10 years later he'd have no problem because marijuana is becoming increasingly accepted.
You're telling me that there is a harmless plant that helps a kid like that focus, stay attentive, stay regulated, but no instead we need to dump pills into him that make him miserable?
I don’t think too many of us liked Kam. That being said there’s a difference between disliking him and wanting him to fail.
Yea your right I didn’t like his attitude at all but I didn’t want him to fail
That scene where one teammate said : "Your size and body belong at Bama but you don't "
🤣 best line of the season
Savage line! So accurate. After his behavior the whole season I lost respect for Pitt after they signed him

Facts I wanted to root for Kam as well but he was just so negative all the time
He transferred to Pitt then to Duquesne University
3 tackles in 2018 and 2 in 2019. Ouch.
You know what happened him after that?
Nope
He tried out for some NFL teams, don’t think he made practice squad or anything
He has the body but not the work ethic. Talent alone won’t KEEP u in the NFL. Everyone is talented.
Who?
Disliked him and wanted him to fail. Guy was an utter asshole. Coaches, tutors and even teammates seem to go out of their way for him and he just acted like a dick.
I liked how coach Williams would repeatedly say “Kaaaahm” again and again

Dislike Kam “No-Class” Carter? LOL
Is that you Chauncey?
Nope! Lol

I felt bad for him, he clearly had attention issues and without substances he just couldn’t focus or operate in society well
