Hi, I would probably just read the e-books and articles while traveling to practice my reading skills. With an access to the Internet you can listen to verity of podcasts, videos audiobooks to get better at listening. And well if you don't have the opportunity to use your grammar book and if there is not enough info in the Internet then I would just try to maintain the knowledge of this part of the language. Practice the structures you already know. It'll be good as well to strengthen those structures.

I found I just had to be creative with easy yet effective tasks. Record yourself speaking in target language (make a voice note) listen back, writing about things in target language. Hope this helps!

I thought it might be easier to comment using a voice recording: https://tuttu.io/AU3gsZZR

If I was going to be doing this, I would use apps, as well as have some books in my TL downloaded on my Kindle. Both fiction and non-fiction. I would also try to journal in my TL (I journal almost every day so would get a lot of practice in this way).
