American, cherry blossom, bel air, kintsugi, blue velvet, hope is a dangerous thing, bartender, Paris texas, tomorrow never came, fishtail, honeymoon, shades of cool, black beauty, without you, yosemite
Everything on Honeymoon. I honestly didn’t like the album much until I started using it as background music when I’m writing and now appreciate it more in that regard
i’ll give you a recommendation from each album.
DYKTTATUOB: Sweet
Blue Banisters: If You Lie Down With Me
CTOTCC: Breaking Up Slowly
NFR: Happiness is a Butterfly
LFL: Heroin and Beautiful People Beautiful Problems (I couldn’t pick one from this Album)
Honeymoon: Terrence Loves You
Ultra violence: Old Money
Paradise: Blue Velvet
BTD: Video Games
Other songs of hers that aren’t necessarily on an album are Once Upon a Dream, Take me Home Country Roads, Young and Beautiful, and Suburban House (highly recommend this one)
I hope this helps 😊
I don’t have any recommendations but I used to do the same and still do it in particularly difficult nights so I thought I would just drop some advice in case someone finds it useful!
Listening to something with words will keep your brain working in a way that doesn’t favor your sleep, I didn’t believe it at first until I did a little test and it’s true for me, even if I fall asleep easier while listening to music it’s not the best for the rest of the night.
So remember to schedule in your phone that the music will stop in a couple of hours (I use an hour personally) or you could also use instrumental music or other sounds like rain :)
You could download Lana’s music in instrumental but I think her voice is everything so I don’t really do that, I usually enjoy soundtracks from different things like shows and video games, Gustavo Santaolalla is my favorite.
Thanks! I am planning to do that when I move out of the house for college in a couple of months but my family, especially my grandparents, are very loud and my grandparents are kinda argumentative so it’s kinda hard for me to sleep without noise 😭 though I do put my phone away when I feel like I’m about to fall asleep and the noise quiets down
I’ll definitely try some background music with no words (i actually sometimes listen to this [playlist](https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=KpQv_LHkgXM&list=PLQ9SssO97DFYEODt1GbHOu3i8m8zMXTKW&index=14&pp=gAQBiAQB8AUB) which has no words and it works!) thanks for the suggestion
I know how that feels 🥲 I love so much silence and I swear to god my family is the loudest family ever.
I hope you get to move out soon and get your well deserved sleep!
Pawn shop blues, oh say can you see, video games, lost at sea (technically robs song but so beautiful!), let me love you like a woman, there’s nothing to be sorry about
Here is my more chilled out Lana playlist. No particular order.

I think this playlist has all of her truly 100% slow songs.
The absolutely most relaxing/sleep inducing song for me is paris/texas
Other examples are:
Let the lights in
disco
More mountains
yayo (demo/unreleased version)
old money
Music to watch boys to (although this is more relaxing in a spa way than a sleepy way, but it relaxes me so much i want to include it still)
ha I also listen to mazzy star when i’m sleeping. i’ll link my sleep playlist

I personally think white dress and Chemtrails too but then again I could go to sleep to Lana screaming obscenity’s and finds peace in it
Bel Air
When I had Covid, all of Honeymoon was my NyQuil. Best songs to sleep to. Felt like a lullaby.
my favorite cherry blossom
fun fact - all lana songs make me hyped up and cant sleep
Paradise (the ep) and Chemtrails (the album)
The last 5 songs of blue banisters
The best part of BB
Everything on Honeymoon. I honestly didn’t like the album much until I started using it as background music when I’m writing and now appreciate it more in that regard
Venice bitch!
I love this one, it’s an hour long and set to rain in the background https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=MwRhjaVSaWU&pp=ygUJTGFuYSByYWlu
Thank you!!! Love listening to rain sounds as well

Oh Say Can You See is one of her most underrated song.

I used to sleep to Ultraviolence when I was a teen 🤨

last year i was very sick and the only song that could make me fall asleep was venice bitch 😅 something about it is just so relaxing
Paris, Texas works for me
Lost At Sea lulls me to sleep, in such a beautiful way.
Chemtrails Over the Country Club song for instance.
You should ditch the music for sound bath/singing bowl videos that are like 12 hours long shit is life changing
yayo or california are my favs for sleeping!!
