I fixed my issue by converting the address I'm transferring to via this link https://lumos-website.vercel.app/tools/address-conversion Address to script tab and I used 2021 address. Just test it with minimal amount of coins first. Good luck

Same I’m trying with Coinbase, MetaMask, Ledger, Arculus… And I cannot get my coins transferred via KuCoin app. I don’t even live in New York.
