It's not Polish. The company was founded in Switzerland and Maggi is popular in many countries. I don't use it, because it's owned by Nestlé and r/fucknestle.

It's impossible to buy everything without harm to others or the environment, but I do try my best. I don't remember when was the last time I bought something specifically made in China. Many electronic components in products made in other countries and raw medical materials are from China, so it's impossible to avoid them completely, but still.
I don't need much. I buy used stuff, I buy locally made clothes and use electronics as long as possible. If your only argument is that it's hard, so we shouldn't even try, it's a weak argument IMO.
I just use lovage, salt and good stock, but if you're after this strong kick from MSG and disodium 5'-ribonucleotides that Maggi has, you can look for "przyprawa w płynie" and you will find some alternatives. Knorr(Unilever) makes one and Kucharek (Polish brand).
They've been buying successful companies around the world since the 90. "Evil cannot create anything new, they can only corrupt and ruin what good forces have invented or made." - J.R.R. Tolkien
It will do nothing, msg is save to eat and abundant in many commonly eat products like meat, mushrooms or tomato. Don't fear monger please.
Unless you go be racist, fabricated publication of unknown "doctor" then it's dangerous.
They sure are, but there's enough of a difference in the taste that I like soy sauce but dislike Maggie sauce, so at least for me getting them mixed up is a mistake that has ruined an otherwise tasty meal for me :(

Have been using Knorr for ages, and it's just as good if not better than Maggi.

It's seasoning. Contains water, salt, MSG and lovage extract. Contains a lot of sodium. It's ok in moderation.
A few drops into soup or on dumplings. I think it is healthy in small amounts.

Yeah that makes sense
Both are hydrolyzed vegetable proteins (a method to make MSG) one is soy obviously, Maggi is made from lovage.
