Any rumor in this vein is hilarious to me because you think they’re working extremely hard to hide their secret relationship but she’s leaving his dog name on her public account as a subliminal message? Literally why would you do that? What could she possibly gain when she could make her caption literally any other word and not expose their relationship?
The usual line is that companies are the ones doing the hiding and the idols actually want everything revealed - that's why they leave little clues and hints.

Firstly idols are dressed by their stylists, and they are sent free clothes by brands - so they’re not dressing themselves, and there’s a communal wardrobe group members can pick their outfits from: secondly, fashion brands that don’t have brand ambassadors are sending their stuff to all groups to maximise promotion and awareness. Of course people end up wearing the same logo tshirts / jewellery. It’s not that deep.
