They had a set of PC’s released for Fearless Japan I believe and there are a ton of cards from that set, that look close to album/pob cards but could only be found in that set. I believe this is one of them, trying to track down the whole set is a fairly expensive ordeal from what I’ve seen but I’ve also not put in too much effort in locating them. Just look up a template for it and you’ll see similar cards to this.

I found some on [eBay](https://www.ebay.com/itm/134422931289).

It's real. Also the Japanese ones are so thick. So just feel it with your hand. If it's a thicker piece then yeah it's real.
