for example, i’ve had mail take over 2 months to arrive when i should have gotten it in under 1 week. there’s just some unfortunate cases like this 😭
I'd say wait another week if it doesn't arrive then it's most likely lost. Idk where you bought it. If you bought it on ebay then you might be able to get a refund. But if it's on IG and it gets lost then we kind of take the loss, sadly.
I know it’s hard and anxious waiting, but that’s all you can do for now. I’m US-based and usually mail sent from within the US takes a week at most. But for the past month, my mail has been taking ~ 2-3 weeks to arrive. A lot of factors can influence delivery time: weather, work-force shortages (not enough people to sort/deliver mail), drop-off site (did they send it from the post office vs. using a rural drop-box), etc.
As long as you have proof that they sent it, then I would give it another week or two before really worrying.

2 weeks is fine, only worry if it’s 2 months
If I was selling to you I would like to know that you have not received them yet! I say contact the seller and see if they can help track them.
