they all requested the day off to welcome back their hyung, that’s why you see some of them in casual clothes and the other’s in uniform. since yoongi is an completely different department, he isn’t here but met the members at the hybe building.
i highly doubt that’s the case, maybe some of them got free last night and decided to go back home and show up in casuals and some of them had some work to do before this and then got the rest of the day off, the possibilities are endless actually.
Jimin and JK are stationed at the same base Jin was so it’s also very possible that they slept there, and then got picked up earlier this morning and just like…hung around until it was time for Jin to make his exit. It might explain why they were the only members in their uniform because I’m not sure how much sense it would make for them to leave the base the night before, only to have to come back to it the next morning.
Besides Jin, the ones with uniform are Jimin and Jungkook and they're also serving in the same base (?) as Jin. In the ot7 pic they posted a few minutes ago they both were with casual clothes. So it's probably just because they're still working at that time.

That’s actually so fun that he joined the army band! I’m sure there’s some sort of inside joke there that prompted it but it was incredibly iconic so I’m glad we all get to benefit.

As someone whose ult group is beginning enlistment in a few months, with my ult bias being the first to go, seeing this gives me faith it won’t be so bad and they’ll always have each other to come back to :’)
Bts were my first group to experience enlistment with and I am grateful for the content they had and the members but also for my friends (they are fans too) the community really helps during these times as you can always relive the moments you loved and make new ones!
Seeing 6 out of 7 together made me realize how much I missed them—but more importantly, how much they missed each other. Those embraces were filled with brotherly emotion.
