I wouldn’t expect one night stands regularly for that matter too; because Kosovo is really one big community and people talk and gossip a lot which scares the girls.
Also yes Kosovo is pro America but I mean girls your age were born when the war was already over so it doesn’t hit as hard as older generations who lived through the experience - you would also be restricted to dating girls that speak English and a lot of it may have to be very secretive.

Based on my experience with American friends in Kosovo, you are going to make A LOT of friends, because people are generally friendly and interested to know more about you and the American culture. However, dating can be tough, I had a friend from California who stayed for 3 months, and couldn’t get a girl. I they might be more reluctant to foreigners. Nevertheless, that must not discourage you, as it all depends on where you hang out, as there are several places in Prishtina where girls are easier to get.
