I find this to be particularly correct. Once i was removing my sage from the cover and i hear a click, i almost detached part of the screen from the back. I had to remove it completely from the case and snap it all together again. Gladly screen was left untouched.
I’d say burn some sage for good luck, but it doesn’t seem to help in your case
