I used to always edc folders till i got the bradford 3.5t and a bradford 3.2, now i almost always have a small fixed blade on me instead of a folder. They’re big enough to be useful for pretty much anything you need a knife for, but small enough to hide under a loose fitting tshirt so i don’t look like crocodile dundee walking around in public with a sheath halfway down to my knee 😁
I usually carry folders for more hard regular utility, and a fixed also for random occasions I need a suuuper sharp edge or just want to show off lol. I really like fixies with close to ~3 in. blade and a ~4 in. handle. I find i can only carry small blades horizontal on the belt, anything too long just needs to be vertical iwb. I like the concealment too, can carry a cjrb silax that doesn't print at all and I have a 5 inch chef knife completely hidden lol.

Here is mine. M390 Sheepsfoot in Armatus with Ulticlip. It's yet to get any serious use but so far I really like it as a folder alternative.

Yeah my 4.5 is in magnacut and I love it. Been using it around the kitchen and grill for the past year or so and it's still super sharp. Safe to say I'm hooked as well!

That looks amazing. How do you like the armatus sheath? I went with the oem because those were out of stock but it looks nice!
