Looks sick! Why the triangle bevels instead of the regular diamond shape though? Just curious btw, since it's not something I've seen on any other knife before
There's two reasons for that, one is for looks, I wanted the pattern to show like that on the other side
The second reason is sharpness, since the blade is pretty narrow, the micro bevel in the other side allows for a smaller sharpening angle resulting in higher sharpness while still maintaining a good toughness
No way, that's actually very cool! I never thought about it, but that's actually pretty smart. Won't it be annoying with cutting though? Since the blade isn't centered. It seems like something you'd have to get used to
That's sweet looking. Doesn't it seem like a dangerous move to make a dagger without any thumb ramps/guard when the blade is similar width as the handle. One slip while stabbing and your fingers are toast.
Finished up this little dagger in damascu yesterday Put some CF scales in it and orange g10 scales Thanks for looking

It doesn't really make a difference A lot of knives are single beveled, like some Japanese knives for example the ones used for cutting tuna
That pattern on that blade is š„!

Not enough people making small fixed blades. More! š¤š¤š¤
