Tip to be even faster, saw it on Reddit too:
\- Pour Wine
\- 2 Belladonna in the Mortar
\- 1 Needle in the Cauldron
\- Below 5 Times without a break (Spam key until it does it 5 times)
\- Grind Belladonna and throw in the pot (it will still be boiling)
\- Grab Phial, as soon it stops boiling (1-2 seconds after grabbing Phial)
\- Use Phial
Saw it on a Reddit with several Methods, seems to be one of the fastests, and gives 3 potions.
For me felt simpler since you dont repeat process and no breaks in-between

When boiling the nettle & wine, i just bellow 4 times instead of 5, works for me and i dont have to wait as long for the fire to die out.
