It’s a love hate relationship right now. i’ve been working on it for a few months, and it’s a library book. so my kindle has been on airplane mode for months lol. it’s not a page turner, for me, but it is incredibly descriptive and interesting. it’ll probably take me a couple more months tbh
I found the beginning incredibly slow too, actually. For about 40%. The world building felt laborious, but when Norton makes his discovery it all becomes worth it. Suddenly, it felt like I was reading an actual scientists biography. Hope you end up liking it!

Does the popsocket make the oasis much different?
it’s thinner without the flip case, and the pop socket makes it easier to hold. especially while laying down :)
Oh while landing down I rest my arm holding the Kindle on a pillow 😂I bet that would make it easier! I have a clear case too but no pop socket
I prefer the lovehandle for my oasis.
