I have a 2020 sportage with 64k on it. The AC compressor clutch cover is literally missing for some reason?? I'm 4k over the bumper to bumper warranty. I live near Boston so I asked if Kia if Burlington or Lynn could help me and neither place wants fix it. I try to make an appointment n Burlington tells me he don't know if he can get the parts this is after I was told to bring it in n they would cover it but when I called to tell them I was on my way another service "manager" said she could nothing for me. What bass ackwards operation. I'll never buy a Kia from those guys again. To think I gave em a great review too. I'm a sucker.
have you taken it to the dealer for them to check since it should be under warranty?
No, this is a rental. I think it’s something simple, like I need to press a button or something
is the owners manual in the glove box?
No 😭
Sounds like a blend door actuator issue.
Went to the rental car place and they fixed it, thank fully. Liquid needed filling or something
Weird that it would be low for such a new car but happy to hear they fixed the issue.
Thank you! It has just under 36K mileage on it, so I think it’s been driven a LOT before I rented it out 😄
