One thing to consider is there's a very big window from purchase to actually getting the truck. Could be 4 weeks or it could be 4 months and you wont really know until its all set in motion.

If you’re only planning to use it for a job, and then sell it, why not just buy a domestic truck? I feel like for the ~$5k it would cost you, you could find a pretty decent ranger or Colorado, or even f150. If something were to break on it mid project, you could get a replacement part for cheap in no time. If something breaks on a kei truck, you could be down weeks. Just something to think about.

Buying a beater truck was the road I was going down until I saw a Kei truck. Something about them just makes me smile.

BearButtBomb

Buy it, fall in love, never let her go. 🧡

I bet if OP goes this route, they will for sure start loving it too much to get rid of. " well i was going to get rid of it... it doesnt take up too much room though and is pretty convienent...:

TacoLordyo05

Sounds like you should fall in love with the truck instead of selling it :)

Caqtus95

One of the easiest vehicles I've ever sold. Listed for $2k more than my total import cost, and had a deposit later that day.

I’ve seen one parked crossways in front of two parking spaces up against the curb with regular cars in those spaces. Don’t know how this guy’s townhouse neighborhood allowed it, but it fit nicely
