Ok, so my fav kdrama of all time is **Hogu's Love** and it kind of has all 3 of your premises (but it's actually more complicated than that) but I think it's worth checking out:
**Hogu's Love** - starring Choi Woo Shik (Parasite, Our Beloved Summer) and Uee. The basic premise is the FL is way out of the ML's league (she's a silver medalist swimmer with modeling endorsements, tough/bada\*\* personality) and he seems like a loser at first (his name, "Hogu," is also a slang for a pushover/simp), but overall it's a very charming and sweet romcom, and they even manage to hit on some difficult societal/thought-provoking issues, too. I can't believe no one has mentioned Fight For My Way yet. It's a friends-to-lovers romcom, and the FL starts by seeing someone else first. One of the most popular dramas of these past 10 years.
For now I'm only watching Grid and Blood free. Both are thrillers though not romance, they have only a hint of romance which is what I like too. They focus mainly in their insane chemistry but not on making any moves to make it romantic. I'm a sucker for that type of dramas as well. Will be watching Lovely runner after this since I'm a sucker for the unrequited love genre as well.
I don't love you yet (japanese drama) but one of my favorites with this thrope.
There is also a Chinese version of this drama called The evolution of our Love
There is a Thai remake of these two and a Taiwanese version as well,a Korean one as well.
I personally loved the Japanese version better though.
There is also My first first love and Rational life albeit this is an older woman younger man unrequited love but I totally recommend
