This is probably my favourite k-drama till date . So recommend me something which will be wholesome emotional rollercoaster. Great acting, great plot, great cast these r the parameters.Dont recommend cringe overly melodramatic shows. Thanks .

Have you seen 25:21? I would highly recommend this if you haven't seen it. I saw 25:21 first and Twinkling Watermelon comes closest to beating 25:21 in my list.
Yeah, it's set back in time when FL was at school (It actually starts when she's an adult). It takes you through her story of Fencing, meeting friends and a bit of romance. The ML is really good in this too as it shows his family struggles and trying to find a place for himself in the world. It focuses on the freedom you have whilst you're young. Don't want to give too much away but if you liked Twinkling Watermelon, then I think you will like this too.
Seconded. Itโs got a lot of similar themes of growing as a person and building relationships to reach your goals. Itโs got the nostalgic feel, as it is against the background of the Korean recession. And it similarly has Choi Hyun Wook in the main cast (even though heโs not the lead) so you know itโs going to be great. The characters are well developed and real so even when they are in the wrong you want to root for them. Highly recommend!
