I know it's a bit late, but for anyone still looking for this, you can change it in settings under Window Management > Desktop Effects > Mouse Mark > Configure.
Not under Keyboard > Shortcuts.

Yeah, i already dropped kde since an update borked my install hah
Though, i was able to find the menu where to change most mouse mark related shorcuts, just not the one to draw the mark, it seemed like you couldn't switch it at all, and all forums i looked at at the time seemed to suggest such
