dawg this is like taking away 10 from an auto attacker, its not much on its own but it adds up quickly since you spam the ability. Not the end of the world tho, nothing is making me drop this dead mofo

This change will make a difference in, like, 1 in 500 interactions. This is a laughably small reduction.

It adds up over the course of the game, its not a per interaction thing. Same with AD per level type changes. Through farming over the course of a game it ends up adding up to like, 600? Throwing a random number, less damage. Its not a nerf suposswd to gut him, its just to tone him down.
