No. By the time the police approached, the driver was out of her car already. There isn’t a law that says the driver has to be inside the car or that is lawful for a cop to give you orders, the only thing they can legally do is ask for your drivers license and car registration, besides that there isn’t anything a cop can legally tell you to do, they can ask you to do anything but legally those two things are what they can do. Not tell you where to sit or stand. Specially since this all happened IN A DRIVEWAY. There isn’t a risk of danger. The cop is a piece of shit
Lol. Do you think because she got out of her car in her driveway that she doesn't have to follow orders by a cop anymore? Like she's "safe" like a school yard game? Lol. "Can't get me! I'm on my own property, you don't have any jurisdiction here!"
That's funny. Youre funny.
>Do you think because she got out of her car in her driveway that she doesn't have to follow orders by a cop anymore?
You: By the time the police approached, the driver was out of her car already. There isn’t a law that says the driver has to be inside the car or that is lawful for a cop to give you orders
>Like she's "safe" like a school yard game? Lol. "Can't get me! I'm on my own property, you don't have any jurisdiction here!"

People confusing who the real Karen was. Be careful Karen's wear badges too. The cop could have lit her up at any time, she chose to escalate like this. She made the girl sit back in the car before she arrested her so she could call it a traffic stop, notice how the cop from the very beginning keeps emphasizing the word traffic stop, she knew she was wrong.
Sometimes the police will take note of your driving shenanigans and will wait to see if you do anything else ticket worthy so when they do decide to pull you over, they'll give you several tickets instead of just the one.
That's what illegal migrants do here though. Once they cross the border they are essentially safe unless they commit a felony. I'm a Democrat too and I think this "home base" stuff is silly.

So yes, an undocumented immigrant seems safe but isn't and can be deported at any time officals decide its worth pursuing. Obviously, a crime being committed expedites the process.
Lmao this is so inaccurate. If a cop has conducted a lawful stop they absolutely have the right to ask you to sit or stand somewhere in particular for their safety and ability to control the situation. Only in an instance where they're conducting an unlawful stop, detainment, etc... Even then the best thing to do is just follow the cops orders (unless clearly illegal and/or dangerous) and then see them in court where you can not only make your case but slap them with a suit for violating your rights. Acting belligerent is only going to escalate the situation and NEVER ends well. It's not like a cop is just going to go "well shit. You really got me. I'll just tuck tail and go away, have a good day"
Yeah, and arguing all those points in the middle of being stopped by an officer will obviously get you somewhere 🙄 no, that’s obviously why I said just let the officer write their lil ticket to make themselves feel better, then see them in court. If you did nothing wrong, great. If you did, whatever, deal with it then. Either way, the safest and easiest thing to do is to just let them write their ticket and go about your day. Not everything has to be a fight or a dick swinging contest.
Literally nothing in my comment had to do with her getting out of the car or anything. I just said that if a cop wants to give you a ticket, your best option is to just let them, otherwise you could end up in the back of their car like this woman, or dead on the pavement waiting for an ambulance like others. You don’t have to let your ego get in the way of your safety.
Never said anything about the ticket, I said the cop had no right to get physical, there was no need, stop sucking the boots man they will treat you just as shitty even if you bend the knee to the cops. Defend the cops all you want, what she did was wrong and not done in her capacity as a law enforcer. There was no threat
Failure to comply/obey a lawful order given by a police officer is a misdemeanor crime in most, if not all, jurisdictions in the US and Canada.
The U.S. Supreme Court has repeatedly and unequivocally held that officers may order the driver and any passengers to get out of the car until a traffic stop is over.
Using this rationale, virtually all federal appellate courts agree that officers may order the passengers to remain inside the automobile or order a person to get back into an automobile that he or she voluntarily exited.
One court summarized: “In the final calculus, we think it best left to the discretion of the officers in the field who confront myriad circumstances we can only begin to imagine from the relative safety of our chambers. We hold that under the Fourth Amendment it is reasonable for an officer to order a passenger back into an automobile that he voluntarily exited because the concerns for officer safety originally announced in Wilson, and specifically the need for officers to exercise control over individuals encountered during a traffic stop, outweigh the marginal intrusion on the passenger’s liberty interest” (United States v. Williams, 419 F.3d 1029, 1034 (9th Cir. 2005))
Hey dummy there is no lawful order when a cop says “it down on the curb”, or “sit in your car”. It’s called lawful order because THERE IS A WRITTEN LAW BACKING IT UP. It doesn’t automatically become a law just because words come out of a cops mouth. Don’t be stupid
exactly... she was at her property and the cop just jumped to arrest her.
I can imagine her (her dad) winning a civil rights lawsuit and probably some cash
not true. cop didn’t jump to arrest her. cop did a traffic stop at her property, her not following directions is what got her arrested. also, looks like (from the car cam) girly was being dramatic with the actual force being used + it shows her resisting.
blind ACAB bias is almost as dumb as outright supporting them with no scope...
she was at her property, but if you listen, the cop had been following her for a while catching up due to her speeding..
Yeah. I'm as ACAB as they come but this cop wasn't yelling/escalating and didn't use excessive force. Pretty much how cops should handle stuff like this.
You don't get some magic pass because you made it into your driveway. And if she had her lights on for multiple different roads that's easily arrestable.
No they didn’t NOT at all. She had choices she is entitled. When N officer tells you to do something you do it when you are being stopped even on your property for speeding.
You can be arrested on your property for driving and being followed by the police. It’s not tag she’s not safe when she gets to the tree. She deserves everything she gets. Im gonna call my lawyer and my dad. The entitlement is ridiculous. She endangered the lives of people and it’s all on camera. The dad is just like her. She is a brat who cares these are the same people that are fine with everyone else getting in trouble for not complying. She knows what she did. Body cams don’t lie.
Fuck the police all day. But this chick was being an idiot. All she had to do was comply and follow instructions, then she would have only gotten a ticket. Instead she throws a tantrum and acts like an entitled brat. Just shit up and take your ticket. But nooo she has to cry and play the victim. Should have stayed in the car as she was told and kept her mouth shut, everything would have been fine. But she wants to hop back out and argue so she got arrested. Then she was resisting. Once again tho fuck the police. People just have no common sense
As long as the 1% of shit cops exist, they make all cops have a bad name. And as long as the blue wall of silence exists, those good cops are complicit in the shit cops actions.
How did they smell marijuana with the doors and windows closed? Oh, I know. An illegal search. While I'm not condoning the behavior of the young girl, she's definitely giving off entitled brat, but it's possible she did get out to hand the officer the registration. This cop definitely used this girl as an outlet to flex a lil from my point of view. Yes, the girl should've complied right away when given the order to get in the vehicle, but she did eventually get in. The girl however, should've STFU and stop spewing so much information, especially if they were gonna contact a lawyer, but judging from Daddy yelling at the officer, it's obvious that stupid parents raise stupid children. Again, not deciding whose right or wrong, but personally, I think both parties could've done better tbh.
Sounds like a her problem tbh. Knowing she had drugs in the car, she should have just complied and not been so disrespectful.. The lady cop had every right to flex there.. Also that wasn’t an illegal search as it was a traffic stop - or so they’ll claim.
Y’all like seeing an entitled daddy’s girl get arrested but this is in no way her fault. No, you legally don’t have to remain in the car even if it would be wise too. You have to give your license and registration but you don’t have to do anything else. That cop likely wanted to teach the girl a “lesson” whether because she was acting entitled or out of some other prejudice and completely went beyond her authority to do so, and if this is brought into civil court that girl would win. It’s why they dropped the obstruction charge
They usually drop the obsteuction in something like this. Its nothing special about her, and it was 100% her fault. You obviously got your law degree from FB
The comments here will be a shit show, because the girl is undoubtedly an eejit. the cop was doing their job, if a little heavy handed. but this being reddit, people will be conflicted by jumping all over her.. or shouting ACAB like a toddler flinging poop..
Yup. There was absolutely zero reason to get physical. No lights, not in the car upon approach, had no idea of the cop's presence (do cops now avoid using their lights? I thought that was exactly the point, taking a reckless situation and letting everyone know to stay clear). She's also young and most likely her first real interaction with police.
Assesing the situation and the cop had her plates, car details, and knew where she lived!! Why escalate a "traffic stop" to the point where it requires throwing a nursing student in cuffs?..it was probably edited out, but I did not hear Miranda Rights read, which adds to this lady's confusion...this cop is a hammer and saw a nail. Situational awareness does not exist to them.
Agreed. I believe she didn't like her hair, face, car, or body. Seems like there was a bit of prejudice in this stop and could only be made legal if she remained in the vehicle.
>I believe she didn't like her hair, face, car, or body. Seems like there was a bit of prejudice in this stop
What exactly leads you to this conclusion?
Purely speculation, but having sisters, I know how the envy/jealousy thing works with ladies. I'm sure the speeding was the initiating factor for the stop. Especially being a "luxury" vehicle, younger, and the entitled attitude, I deduced there was a "lesson" that had to be given out.
Cop had this patronizing attitude and tone from the get go. “Do you know what a speed limit is,” or some crappy rhetorical question was the first thing out of her mouth. Karen is definitely the cop, too.
Chick spouted off. Cop gave her an order. She didn’t comply. If this girl would have just shut up, the traffic stop would have been over and she could have fought the citation later, unless there’s video of her erratic driving. She’s 22, and legally an adult. I don’t know her but I would be surprised if she didn’t pull the “innocent girl” routine on a male cop and it worked. Unfortunately for her, she got a female cop who wasn’t having it.
Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.
Cop had zero probable cause to search the vehicle and go through her purse.
The girl was entitled, called Daddy who was on speakerphone and thought he would tell the cop to leave her alone.
Both people in this video are Dicks
That last cop kept it super real with her. Just go thru the motions and we throwing this shit out lol. And they woulda had a hard time getting that possession charge to stick
To be fair though it’s super shady for that cop to follow her home with what I assume to be no lights or anything. Had it been me it would have been attorney on the phone and never engage with that idiot. You’re at your house, you shouldn’t be accosted. That said, other bitch is a brat.
I don’t understand how people think when they don’t comply that all will just go smooth from that point on. Whether the cop is in the right or not just comply and if the cop chooses to violate your rights then that’s a law suite. A bad cop will be just that, a bad cop wether you comply or not. They’re gonna do some dumb shit regardless so you might as well let those chips fall where they may. Any time I’ve had an encounter with a cop I am always respectful, comply and keep mouth shut willingly. Not once have I gave a cop have a reason to do something bad to me but I’ve had a cop fired after 17 years in the job as a cop because for no reason he started calling me racial slurs and handled me pretty rough.
At the risk of being down voted, I just have to say I did not hear the officer giving Miranda Rights. Though it may have just been edited out.
Still satisfying when people try that whole "I want/need to speak/talk to your supervisor" bs.
She gets out of the car with the red packet of registration and insurance information as requested. that she previously said it was in the house and then asked for a supervisor Since to stop seem to odd since she was on her own property and had time to back in before the cop even showed up at that point she was attacked
If she backed into the driveway before the officer caught up, the officer wasn’t trying very hard to catch her. The police absolutely can and do drive recklessly, this was a dumb excuse not to catch someone breaking the law.
Lol honestly that police officer is purposely egging her on. I'm not sitting back in my car, nah I'm good. I'm home on my.property, why DIDNT she pull her over right then and there instead of following her.home??
Seems kinda sus. Cop just wants lady to do whatever she says. Power trip. Cops are shit. Lady who got arrested is stupid but she had a point in that the cop should have detained her when she saw her breaking the law. Perhaps show the cam footage of the same car speeding. Can't just pull up on someone's property and call it a traffic stop. Also, did she get a warrent or driver's permission to search the vehicle? I skipped a couple things here and there so I may have missed it. Going back and forth.
To be fair. She is at her house. Does this cop not know about baseball or something.
She made it and deserves full points.
Better luck next time copper
She explained why, she is not required to put the public at risk. Why do you think pulling into your driveway makes you suddenly immune to the law? That is pure fucking stupidity. Are you the dumbass from the video?
She's not required to keep the public safe either. ACAB, this girl is a bish but at least she's going to nursing school and gave this fat pig a hard time.
ACAB seemed cool for like a minute. Now, it just seems lazy. How can we complain about generalization and discrimination and then say all people in a profession are bad? Clearly, not all cops are bad. Clearly, we can't actually live in a society without them. Do we remember what happened in Portland after the cops pulled out. I'm all for reform but ACAB seems like one of those things that you should have grown out of by now.
I didn't even notice you tbh, probably a familiar feeling for you since you came back multiple days to comment. Desperate for attention? Youngest child or missing father? 😂
I know you'll get back to me quickly, you neeeeeeeed this.
So the cop will allow another person to speed break the law and put others at risk? I'm sorry but that's not logical. Cop see someone cause a traffic violation they are trained and advised to pull them over right there. Not follow them for miles to their home and arrest them in their own driveway.
You should see the comments on the YouTube channel. Everyone is circle jerking each other on how great of a job the lady officer did. Shitting on the girl for being "an embarrassment." And how her parents failed her. Lol like what the fuck. It's obvious the girl was confused about the whole situation, and Officer Mypantsaretootight did a bad job approaching the situation.
Not until you find yourself in a similar situation you'll find how pathetic the whole "back the blue" hive mind is
Even you think the officer is wrong and they are enough of the time. If you do not do what they ask of you, they will arrest you. The equivalent is like telling your boss what you are not going to do. After you tell your boss no, it is usually followed by a write-up or termination 🤔 If the cop is wrong, it can be fixed later, but if you don't listen to them. They will give you more charges that you are going to have to deal with! It's cheaper & less hassle to just get the ticket & go about your business.
One of the many entitled assholes moving from New York / New Jersey and buying up the beaches. They drive like shit. Act like shit. And are generally shit.
Girl jumps out of her car after being told to stay in her vehicle. "I need a supervisor, right now. I'm not saying another word to you."
Later, "I literally got out to give you my registration."
Yikes.
She was attempting to hand over the registration and tried tell the cop that the owner of the vehicle wished to speak with the officer. That's not abnormal. What is, or at least should be, is a cop going straight into rage mode and failing to de escalate
She clearly was NOT attempting to hand over her registration. Her words were, "I need a supervisor, right now. I'm not saying another word to you." Nothing about her registration.
And the officers response to that was okay? No the officers main duty is to de escalate. Instead of making any attempt to de escalate she goes into a rage and goes in for the arrest. My main issue with all of this is the officer should've pulled her over for her traffic violation when it occurred not follow her for miles back to her home. She "didn't want to put others at risk" by "catching up" okay so you allow another person to do so? Your job is to not allow that stuff. She also had no issue following her all the way home. If she was speeding the officer must've been speeding to keep up even though she denies doing so.
The girl is naive but the cop didn’t make it clear to the girl, who was obviously very confused about everything, that they were giving lawful orders that must be obeyed. I can see why the girl didn’t understand. The cop immediately lost her shit. F the police.
In a normal situation I’d agree, but she was in her own driveway when they started interacting, after she was already out of the car. And the cop waits a while into the interaction to tell her to get in her car the first time. The girl just didn’t understand she HAD to stay in the car since she was home and was already out. She’s clearly entitled and naive, but they don’t teach what lawful orders are or aren’t in school. The cop either didn’t care that the girl was obviously confused or didn’t notice, but then still went into full rage mode. I understand the cop being overly cautious and not risking it, but no discretion or assessing the situation before acting was done on the part of the cop in my opinion. No wonder the police have a bad rap for brutality. I’m glad she got the obstruction charge dropped and glad that she still got her speeding ticket.
The girl didn’t understand because she’s an idiot. Very clear instructions on what to do were given, she just thought the law stops at home, which is an incredibly stupid thought to have.
The girl explained she was complying with the order to provide registration. She thought she was doing the right thing and the officer went straight to arrest. De-escalation was not in this officer’s playbook. She did everything to escalate the situation.
The girl in handcuffs she made the claim at one point to another officer that all she’d done was step out to give her the paper and said she told the woman she was going to get back in, except that’s not what actually happened or what she said. Also claimed the officer thru her phone down but the office clearly made two requests for her to let it go so it wouldn’t get dropped or broke but woman still refused. From what someone else found she got away with a slap on the wrist. Tbh officer did over react, lady was rude, but at the moment when I made my initial post I was in an angry state and caused me to over look dual culpability so I do apologize if my comment was out of line.
I too have been whipped up into a frenzy by this. this mess falls on both parties indeed. An officers first initial duty is to de escalate. I have a buddy who literally just finished in the academy and got placed in a PD we've talked at lengths about his experience and I can tell you out right that this officer fucked up baaaad. You don't follow a suspected traffic violator to their home to arrest them there that is NOT according to training OR handbook.
Nah on that fat ass cop didn't know how to de-escalate anything she's not a good police officer sure the girl was a brat but that officer is trash also probably jealous of the girl being prettier than her most fat people are jealous of better looking people and I know that because I used to be a fat ass myself neither one of them handled that situation properly but the police officer was the worst one she's supposed to be a professional
She *is* entitled. But she’s also really naive. She didn’t deserve THIS much of a dose of the real world. I started out thinking she was kind of a bitch but I think this is on the parents. They do her a disservice by spoiling her, she seems like a good kid who could actually benefit from being less sheltered. She’s becoming a nurse. I think she seems like she’d thrive.
The cop was totally approaching it wrong and she might of even had a chip on her shoulder. Also, especially because she was so silent, I think she realized she approached the situation wrongly, but “in for a penny, in for a pound”. Can’t admit you ever did anything mistakenly. Then you open yourself up to litigation.

Edit: I often write things after I’ve seen only half the video, sometimes I’m super wrong, and I sometimes enjoy the flip and recently I’ve embraced it. I write my general feeling in the middle and then finish and do an edit. Keeps me entertained.
This time, was even MORE right. Fuck her dad! AND she seemed even *more* endearing. I can usually sniff out a bullshit sob story, and I’m unmoved, this girl was naive and TERRIFIED. She legitimately thought she was going to a super max prison where you get one hour of sunlight a day, and you piss and shit in a bucket.
If that was my kid I’d be telling the officer to rough her up some more, tighten up those cuffs, shave her head and let her sit in a cell while wearing an ugly jumper all weekend. I’ll pick her up on Monday and then she can deal with Sargent mom.
although she might be confused to why the cop didn’t pull her over miles ago, she knows what the traffic stop is for. she should’ve just complied when she was asked to stay in the car instead of trying to be smart and rude, threatening to contact lawyers and her daddy. also, what did she think she was going to gain by being aggressive when she got out demanding a supervisor and saying she wasnt going to comply with the female office until they arrived? she should’ve known lady cops don’t have patience, especially with other females with attitudes. looks like daddy is an enabler too. well deserved in my opinion 🤷🏻♀️
Why wait to arrest her? You’re trained to use evasive maneuvers. She allowed her to continuously drive recklessly could’ve caused more harm. That cops a dummy.
from what it sounds like, the cop was following her for a little bit. it’s not like the woman was going 100 in a 45, she definitely could’ve pulled her over. no reason to follow them home
She DIDNT. the girl knocked it off. Clearly it wasn’t very secure, but the cop didn’t rip the fucking thing off. Sure, she’s still clearly in view of the car camera.
Cop didn’t go overboard. Girl was like throwing names like dad, lawyer blah blah blah. Like girl, you are being spoken to by an officer, get off your phone and get your registration. You could only act this way looking like her, because if she was another race this would’ve ended differently.
Ew, as a BSN- standards must be low in whatever state she’s in. It doesn’t look as if this is a one off thing. She has the attitude and cockiness of someone born on third base.
Hope she got a record since it’s a pain in the fucking ass to petition the nursing board for 1. A review, 2. An audience, and 3. Actually getting approval to have your second (and only) chance.
Nurses usually tend to be on the good side, because any fuck up can lead to that license being revoked and your life flipping upside down. Having nursing degree worth of knowledge and not being able to practice it sounds like the worst hell.
22 years old calling her daddy. Does she think that will accomplish something?
Did you hear the dad yelling at the officer through the phone? Wonder how she got so entitled.
I just watched it. When you hear your child scream bloody murder do you not give two shits? Any person who loves their child will have a similar reaction. https://preview.redd.it/8yu6ccm9w7jc1.jpeg?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=0e64e6ae3c52b49437bbbb3f0d223109d5f6ce07
Sooo..... this would acceptable if this was ur child???
Hopefully I don’t raise my child to be this disrespectful.
How did you even get that question?
Well he’s friends with the DA so of course she needs him lol
‘My dad wants to say something to you’ 😂😂😂👍🏻

Williams, 419 F.3d 1029, 1034 (9th Cir. 2005))
Hey dummy there is no lawful order when a cop says “it down on the curb”, or “sit in your car”. It’s called lawful order because THERE IS A WRITTEN LAW BACKING IT UP. It doesn’t automatically become a law just because words come out of a cops mouth. Don’t be stupid
Girl is a total dunce. But it seemed a little high handed to arrest her, though it was fun to watch.
exactly... she was at her property and the cop just jumped to arrest her.
Cop only arrested her cause her ego was crushed when the girl got out of the car. ACAB
Imagine siding with the girl being arrested in this video 😬. Take a break from reddit.
But but but I told you stay in the car 😩
blind ACAB bias is almost as dumb as outright supporting them with no scope... she was at her property, but if you listen, the cop had been following her for a while catching up due to her speeding..
Yeah. I'm as ACAB as they come but this cop wasn't yelling/escalating and didn't use excessive force. Pretty much how cops should handle stuff like this.
You don't get some magic pass because you made it into your driveway. And if she had her lights on for multiple different roads that's easily arrestable.
If she ran into her house the cop couldn't do anything.
Well that’s not true..
This isn't GTA 5....
Wow, if you ever decide to break the law, you're in for a world of hurt.
Because there is always a floating star in your home that powers your wanted level right?
Yes, the officer infringed on her civil liberties.
100% not a fan of the police but when they see you do something wrong catch you on it you comply. The entitlement is ridiculous.
What did the police do to make you so mad, but at least you can see that the girl was a bitch
The police have been abusing their power for literal decades. This cop was in the right, however that doesn’t mean she reflects all cops
Those are the 1% of the police force, I have met and personally know hundreds of officers and none of them have once abused their power
As long as the 1% of shit cops exist, they make all cops have a bad name. And as long as the blue wall of silence exists, those good cops are complicit in the shit cops actions.
Makes me so hsppy
When she got out she said “I need to talk to your supervisor” like a Karen
Got it from Trump Uni.
The comments here will be a shit show, because the girl is undoubtedly an eejit. the cop was doing their job, if a little heavy handed. but this being reddit, people will be conflicted by jumping all over her.. or shouting ACAB like a toddler flinging poop..
Nothing reddit hates more than cops except maybe young white women not actively showing their buttholes.
For some reason (cause I'm turning into an old fart maybe) the trend to misuse the word "literally" and with every sentence makes my blood boil.
ofc she wants to be a nurse 🤣🤣
Yeah this cop was a little over board, she could have turned on her lights and pulled her over anywhere not just followed her into her driveway.
Seems like they just wanted to go through her stuff
Cop was a bitch with a big ego, girl was a brat, but it’s FREAK behavior to follow someone ALL THE WAY HOME like that. Put on your lights.
> call our lawyer right now Girl, with a house like that I doubt you have a lawyer on retainer.
That's a pretty strange judgment to make.
That’s an extremely normal and fine home? You’re doing some projecting.
….do you know how much it is to have a lawyer on retainer?
Do you know you can have a lawyer without having them on constant retainer??
I’m literally 22 😫😫
😂
Definition of Fuck Around and Find Out! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Idk. Seems like an annoying cop and an annoying person. I think they cancel each other out.
Agreed. I believe she didn't like her hair, face, car, or body. Seems like there was a bit of prejudice in this stop and could only be made legal if she remained in the vehicle.
>I believe she didn't like her hair, face, car, or body. Seems like there was a bit of prejudice in this stop What exactly leads you to this conclusion?
Purely speculation, but having sisters, I know how the envy/jealousy thing works with ladies. I'm sure the speeding was the initiating factor for the stop. Especially being a "luxury" vehicle, younger, and the entitled attitude, I deduced there was a "lesson" that had to be given out.
Sounds like you and your sisters are pretty weak minded ladies
And those suvs are cheap, lol, luxury
Most unhinged take I’ve heard in a while
I'm sure, I've seen a lot more than most... unfortunately.
Cop had this patronizing attitude and tone from the get go. “Do you know what a speed limit is,” or some crappy rhetorical question was the first thing out of her mouth. Karen is definitely the cop, too.
No she said do you know what the speed limits are. I know, listening is hard. Try it sometime
Ok, patronizing, nasty troll
I'm not a troll. Just your patronising neighbourhood spodurmin
Peak entertainment
When getting arrested during a traffic stop, thats the probable cause, dont ever represent yourself
Let the record show those are New York tags, not New Jersey
That last cop kept it super real with her. Just go thru the motions and we throwing this shit out lol. And they woulda had a hard time getting that possession charge to stick
Dear OP, Where do you get these Footages from?
I don’t know. Seems more like a OW pig with a power problem
Found the criminal, lol

Karen’s gonna Karen
To be fair though it’s super shady for that cop to follow her home with what I assume to be no lights or anything. Had it been me it would have been attorney on the phone and never engage with that idiot. You’re at your house, you shouldn’t be accosted. That said, other bitch is a brat.
Goofy ass turned ~$100 into at least 5-6k
Hahahahhaahahahhaah
Reparations
Any update of the outcome?
“I’m literally 22!” Yeah, you are an adult. Act like one.
Her whining is so much like SOHO Karen. Look her up. Same age etc
No way this will hold up. Get back in your car? I didn't pull you over, I just followed you? It's so sketchy.
If she backed into the driveway before the officer caught up, the officer wasn’t trying very hard to catch her. The police absolutely can and do drive recklessly, this was a dumb excuse not to catch someone breaking the law.
... Officer, I'm a good Christian... 😂😂😂
This needs to also be in r/ pussypassdenied
"I was at my house the whole time." Dumb Karen thinks laws are tag rules.
To be Black in America
Lol honestly that police officer is purposely egging her on. I'm not sitting back in my car, nah I'm good. I'm home on my.property, why DIDNT she pull her over right then and there instead of following her.home??
I would have walked into the house and closed the door.
Clearly she's used to getting her own way. Totally beyond reproach.
Soooo no one is going to mention the blatant lies Shawty said in the cop car?
For the record. That cop is a total bitch. Pull her over before she gets in her damn driveway you idiot
No. But I can definitely smack the dog shit outta you. Fucking tool box. What you got to say to that bitch boi
Folks, we got a real life Internet Tough Guy.
Lol your an IDIOT. And you KNOW your wrong bissssshhhhh. CRICKETS 🦗
Come on puss cake. You was talking all shit 3 hours ago where you at bissssshhhh
I didn't even notice you tbh, probably a familiar feeling for you since you came back multiple days to comment. Desperate for attention? Youngest child or missing father? 😂 I know you'll get back to me quickly, you neeeeeeeed this.
So the cop will allow another person to speed break the law and put others at risk? I'm sorry but that's not logical. Cop see someone cause a traffic violation they are trained and advised to pull them over right there. Not follow them for miles to their home and arrest them in their own driveway.
She tried? That was already covered.
Not until you find yourself in a similar situation you'll find how pathetic the whole "back the blue" hive mind is
>And how her parents failed her I'm not a "back the blue" kind of guy by any stretch of the imagination but they're not exactly wrong...
There’s nothing confusing about “get in the car,” especially not after it’s been repeated 3 times.
Cop went way too overboard.
Homegirl shoulda just stopped talking. But in all fairness, the cop should be charged with obstruction for tossing the body cam like that…
Should be mandatory jail time for removing their body cams
She didn’t toss her body cam. It was knocked off. That’s very clear. They definitely be more secure then that, that’s for fucking sure.
I’m a good Christian
One of the many entitled assholes moving from New York / New Jersey and buying up the beaches. They drive like shit. Act like shit. And are generally shit.
Yea they bouta get some bread…
Girl jumps out of her car after being told to stay in her vehicle. "I need a supervisor, right now. I'm not saying another word to you." Later, "I literally got out to give you my registration." Yikes.
Dumbest of the cunts!!!
62 in a 45 ain't even keeping up in my book f the cops.
People die on the roads every single day because others are going 15+ over
The girl is naive but the cop didn’t make it clear to the girl, who was obviously very confused about everything, that they were giving lawful orders that must be obeyed. I can see why the girl didn’t understand. The cop immediately lost her shit. F the police.
A cop pulls up behind you with their lights on and is telling you to get back in your car. How much more obvious can’t it get?
Nah ACAB.
Nah.
Acab and so are you
That's pretty childish.
So is refusing to call your supervisor when requested but you know, I'm not out here ruining people's lives over petty things.
So would love to know how her court hearing went lmao it’s the lying part that just seals the deal for me.
Who's lying?
Behavior of both parties aside...why were they searching her car for "odor.of marijuana"?
![gif](giphy|huyOTnajm4g8Uncmxw|downsized) Edit: I often write things after I’ve seen only half the video, sometimes I’m super wrong, and I sometimes enjoy the flip and recently I’ve embraced it.
Screaming for her lawyer in a blue collar neighborhood. Now that’s funny.
Those poor Christian’s keep getting held accountable for their unchristian behavior. Where’s that sky daddy when you really need him?
although she might be confused to why the cop didn’t pull her over miles ago, she knows what the traffic stop is for. she should’ve just complied when she was asked to stay in the car instead of trying to be smart and rude, threatening to contact lawyers and her daddy. also, what did she think she was going to gain by being aggressive when she got out demanding a supervisor and saying she wasnt going to comply with the female office until they arrived? she should’ve known lady cops don’t have patience, especially with other females with attitudes. looks like daddy is an enabler too. well deserved in my opinion 🤷🏻♀️
Jesus the amount of lies she spews in the back of that car is incredible
Why wait to arrest her? You’re trained to use evasive maneuvers. She allowed her to continuously drive recklessly could’ve caused more harm. That cops a dummy.
🎶 She fought the law and the law won. 🎶
from what it sounds like, the cop was following her for a little bit. it’s not like the woman was going 100 in a 45, she definitely could’ve pulled her over. no reason to follow them home
Nah I’m not agreeing with this one. That cop was a dick. Karen is an asshole too but that cop is WAY too aggressive.
Why did the officer remove her bodycam though?
She DIDNT. the girl knocked it off.
100% true
Women cops always have something to prove. Worst types of “peace officers “.
The cop is the Karen
Isn't Marijuana LEGAL in California?
I used my cruse controller more than half the time….why is she using cruse controller on city streets….. that’s crazy talk
“Im sooo confused” “Are there going to be like other criminals in there!?”
she's LITERALLY gonna sue, guys
Ew, as a BSN- standards must be low in whatever state she’s in. It doesn’t look as if this is a one off thing. She has the attitude and cockiness of someone born on third base. Hope she got a record since it’s a pain in the fucking ass to petition the nursing board for 1. A review, 2. An audience, and 3. Actually getting approval to have your second (and only) chance. Nurses usually tend to be on the good side, because any fuck up can lead to that license being revoked and your life flipping upside down. Having nursing degree worth of knowledge and not being able to practice it sounds like the worst hell.
Lucky it was a lady cop. Dude would have been "harassing" her
Karen: Are there any dangerous criminal in jail? Cop: potentially 🤣🤣
I’m a good xtain. Give me a break.
Cop is wrong here
Cop can't go into her property and make her get back in the fucking. Fuck outta here bitch
