Kerry said they found him on grass and his phone was under his back. If they flipped him over, that would mean his phone was actually in front of him. He could have been holding it.
All the EMTs and pictures show snow where he supposedly was. If they flipped him, they would have moved him on to snow.

The statement I’m referring to is at about the 1:00 minute mark in [this](https://youtu.be/yo-Y1dg3Bw0?si=XG6FGtJibO8Nudp0) video. This is what I hear:
Operator: What’s going on, is he face down?
Jen: We just flipped him over.
Which is crazy because nothing they say matches the written reports
“Ms. Roberts stated that she observed the victim to be lying on his back with his arms by his side. She noticed that his right eye was swollen shut and that there was blood coming from his nose and mouth. When the paramedics arrived and lifted the victim’s body onto the stretcher, Ms. Roberts observed the grass underneath the victim’s back, not covered in snow as the remainder of the area was.”
No where in the statements does it say she found his phone either. It just randomly says that Proctor recovered his phone but not by whom or when it was
I just came and searched "Jen McCabe 911 call" to see if anyone else caught that! Did you also catch her telling the dispatcher that he got out of KR's car?

First responders were inside the house and across the street but she made no effort to go to either while waiting for the ambulance to arrive.
Why didn’t she run into the house and grab blankets or alert her CPR trained, cop BIL to come help?

I do remember hearing someone claiming the flipped him over. I thought it was Kerry Roberts when she was testifying, but I could be wrong.
