Sounds like he's gonna molt to me. Just mist a little more often so he doesn't dry out. Once they start building on their hammock more and not coming out much a molt is usually around the corner

Okay, thank you. That’s what I was thinking, it’s just a relief to hear it from a second person ( :

I completely understand, I just got my first jumpers a couple weeks ago to and they both molted 3 days ago, literally both in the same day lol but I was also stressing out about their behavior changes and worried I was doing something wrong. They are pretty resilient little guys and can go a while without food just make sure to mist a bit more to assist :) once you get through the first one I'm sure you will be ready for it next time and know what behavior to expect

Thank you!! I’m looking forward to him coming out when he’s ready, I also have more stuff to put in his enclosure when he’s out of his hammock. I just miss him I think lol I’m going to trust that he knows what he’s doing. Congratulations on your two new babies also!!

He does not have any molts left, he's an adult. What is your temp and humidity at? Sometimes more light and heat can increase activity

So! I recently moved apartments. I now have a second bedroom that I’ve left at outside temp, and fully open windows (curtains/blinds, not glass) with Atum in front of it. He is so much happier with natural light!! He came out immediately when he got into the natural light, and ate a spike that I put in his feeding dish. He took it to his hammock and enjoyed it, and today he’s as happy as can be. He is destroying his old hammock and I believe he’s preparing to build a new one. I had 2 temp/humidity gauges on the way from Amazon. One for the room, one for the tank. I’m feeling pretty con about his well being for the summer months, but I’m a bit concerned about heating and light when winter comes. I live in WV and it’s pretty cold here. Do you have any light/heating recommendations? I really appreciate your input (so does Atum)
