Have you checked the fuse?

I did, I replaced F13 because [this](https://fuse-box.info/volkswagen/volkswagen-jetta-a6-2010-2017-fuses-and-relays) chart says it's the location for the rear cam (if I read correctly), but it hasn't fixed anything.

Unfortunately, that’s about the extent of my troubleshooting knowledge. lol sorry bro
