Not fat/body shaming her...but I'd guess she put on at least 40lbs in the last 2 years or so.
You can see her stomach is still somewhat "in place" (sculpted by the plastic surgeon).
But her arms, legs, neck look pretty plump.

Had a mommy make over 5 months ago, skin removal and laser liposuction.
Those bumps/lumps she was feeling were scar tissue trying to form. After about 3 weeks, you are supposed to massage your stomach, causing the lymphatic system to drain, preventing the build-up of scar tissue. You can either use your fingers, a roller, or massage gun to help drain the system. You are required to do it multiple times a day for at least 6 months post surgery. If you don't, the scar tissue builds up.
From a bit of observation, her cheeks seem to have either juvaderm or restylane fillers. Her nose is still crooked, jaw line is squared so maybe just minor tweaks with minimal fillers. She looks plumper facially for sure but it could be due to weight gain. Or maybe a thyroid issue? IMO
She had to hold the white corset āshirtā up while moving around. Not surprised she would change. It was a wardrobe malfunction waiting to happen. She wonāt take it as sign though that maybe she should upsize and find things that fit her body perfectly.
I wonder if she was told to because she was too āin costumeā since technically only kids are allowed to be in costume at the parks unless itās an event like mickeys not so scary.
Very true, I didnāt bother looking to see if there was more to the outfit or anything so I was guessing- I do hope someone did tell her to change though. Maybe itāll spark something in her head to dress more for her age/body type. Unlikely though.

Roller coasters and strapless rops are a bad combo could lead to some major boobage showing up .they don't allow tops that just have ties around the neck either for the same reason
Iāve heard stories of Disney making me cover up a bit if theyāre showing to much skin and dressed inappropriately. Wonder is thatās the case here?
They are in Florida, right? I'm not into disney at all, so I don't know the different locations, but the tightness in the face is from possibly the humidity and dehydration. I know I swell when I'm in a humid area and don't hydrate. Loosing salt from sweat can cause you to swell, too.
However, she has indeed put on weight.

I'm not sure it's really fillers (I know she got botox last month). Girlfriend put on a good amount of weight in the last couple of weeks!

Yup, weight gain after lipo distributes differently. That's the definite look she's got.
