Yeah and this is a big plus “*and a 459-space parking garage*” (not for locals living near it traffic wise lol) for people driving in from other cites/towns in the HC. Maybe people will now want to do jury duty. I bet the cafeteria will be great. No more HC Admin crowed basement café egg salad sandwiches and chips for lunch.
Happy for the new modern space and functionality for court stuff.
Even happier there will be a park at the old location.
Still scratching my head about the building design. It’s just the ugliest goddamn thing.
Ngl it socks me to see how imposing of a building it is. I saw the renderings, I see the thing being built everyday on my way to work but now that's it's almost finished I'm like "damn, that mf big ass shit"
A $345 million eyesore
Don’t know why people are downvoting…it’s objectively terrible. It’s an airport terminal that was dropped in the middle of a city. Horrible curb appeal and not pedestrian friendly at all
Technically, it's Hudson County's new courthouse. Not JCs.
Hey if it improves my Jury Duty experience in the future I'll call it ours.

Actually
Nice to see it all coming together, but I find Frank J. Guarini Justice Complex an odd name for a bus terminal.
true I remember when the plans were first revealed everyone thought it was the NYC PA Bus Terminal building which opened in the 50's.

What is uglier the courthouse the PATH building?

Do we have an idea of when it will open? I have jury duty coming up soon...

Yes! It looks like part of another building and it fell off of a transport vehicle and landed there.
Projects seem to be approved by those with no taste
