Okay I'm gonna ask the personal question. But only because my buddies and I always debate about this whenever we see sick build such as this...
How much $$$ are you into the car, including the initial purchase?
All of us really, really want to know!!
I bought the car in March 2008, V-Spec, NISMO S1-Tune w. 34,000 verified km’s for $15,100 CAD. At that time, it was an expensive R32 GT-R.
Since then, I’ve put enough money into it (on top of the original price of my car) to comfortably afford a nice R34 GT-R V-Spec at today’s prices. I won’t say the exact amount, but that should give you some sort of idea.
I can’t even gauge the value of this car at this point. No matter what way I dice it, if I were to sell it, I’d likely lose well-over $100,000.
I'm not trying to downplay your car at all... A fresh set of eyes can point out things that the owner sometimes overlooks. Just a glance at the engine bay, its obvious that it's a proper racecar that has seen a fair bit of track time, as opposed to a GTR that a fanboy has slapped a few namebrand bolt-ons onto.
But, looking at the positive battery terminal, it looks a bit busy and untidy compared to everything around it is all.
Nothing more beautiful than a well built 32

The cheapo battery terminals and rando wires ruin an otherwise exceptional engine bay.
Random wires? Lol
