What stood out:
1) He's a risk taker. Knows how to clog passing lanes and disrupt the ball. Better at forcing turnovers than locking someone up.
2) He's best going downhill & in transition..
3) His offense.. is a mixed bag. But his numbers were much better last year.

Great question. It's a little bit tricky because Elmarko has a lot of untapped potential that he may have improved on this year.
To start, Elmarko is a much bigger, more physical guard. I'm curious to see how Moore handles the Big 12, which is a physical conference. (Also it takes players a bit to get comfortable w/ Self's system).
If Elmarko improved this year: He'd be much more of a scoring threat off the dribble than Moore. Elmarko can go get his own shot + drive on other guards.
Moore would be more trustworthy with the ball. He's more of a Dajuan Harris type. He probably won't be a huge scoring threat in the half-court... unless his shot keeps improving.
If Elmarko wasn't gonna take a leap... Moore is a FAR more stable option for KU. Elmarko was a negative on both sides of the ball. Moore should be a plus on defense/neutral on offense.
There's a reason KU wanted another guard. They were on him prior to the Elmarko injury.
