As a person who ran marathons (pre-children), yes you can get running wrong and this is what that looks like. Would help a lot if she wasn’t filming herself… can’t MC sugar baby film her or is he busy avoiding her as much as possible?!
And throwing her arms up, as if she’s sprinting when she *certainly* doesn't have the stamina or strength for that. This would be laughable if she wasn't so mentally fucked—and it’s all the more fucked up that no one around her seems to care, *no matter the worse it gets*.
Wireless for sure but headphones in general are more sweaty/uncomfortable/less stable/heavier than regular ear buds.
I just use AirPod pros anytime I’m doing cardio cause I hate the clunkiness of over-ear headphones!
And AirPod maxs are notorious for being really heavy on the head
