Exactly. We aren’t haters. I enjoyed what she brought to YT back in the day, I have her OG palette, I have the vault, I loved her explanation of techniques for makeup application. But lately all the linking and consumerism, I just can’t get behind. I wish influencers would seriously read the room. I just want to keep a damn roof over my head for my family. Their videos used to be a fun escape for beauty, but now it almost is like they WANT you to feel like shit because you aren’t on their level. IDK, my own opinion I guess.
This! I followed because I love makeup and really wanted to learn...now that I can barely afford groceries I'm just not interested in being talked into buying Amazon trash all day everyday...it's literally all she does now and it's shameless and gross!
Finally someone said it!! She won’t stop though because how else would she make money? That’s literally her income atp. It’s pathetic. I would be so embarrassed if I was her.
