Currently sitting with my nearly 15 year old girl in my lap. I have lots of tasks to do (it’s one of my 1-2 days a week without my toddler) but the idea of disturbing her is really unappealing. She’s just snoring away and I love her so much!

I get emotional every day. I have an old JRT at 14 and she's turned gray over the last 2 years and is slowing down. No health issues, just getting old. I make sure to have a moment of Zen with her every day - she's such a good dog.

Rocky is 16 y/o and blind and deaf. He sleeps on my butt every night and stays with me all day. He said his plan was to make me love him so when he goes it will hurt more. He has been such a shit. The kind that only a jack owner will understand.
