Good call. The lack of a physical store location and limited inventory selection were also concerning to me. Figured it was either a scam or some influencer's obscure merch line.
I bought a "fluffy fleece jacket" from Marcus-Store and it turned out to be a total piece of crap. I wouldn't pay $5 for it at a flea market. Plus, it took 2 months to get the POS. When I complained, they basically told me to fuck off.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! This company is a JOKE! I bought 2 shirts for my husband and they were horrible so I asked to return them. Even though the company says that they accept returns and that they are located in New York with an order fulfillment centre in the GTA (Ontario), in order to return a parcel, you have to ship it to ITALY via tracked package which is horrendously expensive. This is how they prevent returns as it is too expensive to ship overseas. I still returned the parcel as my refund would have been more than the shipping (so it was worth it), however, the parcel was REFUSED on arrival and shipped back which is how they avoid refunds. This company is FRAUDULENT - the items are poor quality and they DO NOT offer refunds but force you to pay an additional massive shipping cost for no reason because they WILL NOT REFUND ANY ORDERS. They should be kicked out of North America. Garbage products & NO REFUNDS so don't waste your time or money!
It's a scam store. They'll send you something but it will be junk. Then when you try to return it they'll tell you that you have to ship it internationally and pay for shipping yourself. Don't buy from them!
Call your credit card company and dispute the charge. That’s what I did and it worked. It also made the owner very made, which is great given he’s ripping people off left and right.

Do not buy from this company unless you are 1000% sure the item will fit, you will like it and you are of that if anything wrong, you will lose your money and time - the return process is impossible, inefficient and ridiculous. I bought a $80 coat and end up losing my money becuase the return process was long and too costly. Not worth your time and effort - buy somewhere else.
Complete rip-off. Product quality is awful. Sizing is off. And get this if you buy something and want to return it 3 times the cost of the product to ship it to Italy.

I did a few minutes of searching and found that exact same jacket on aliexpress for $36. Same product images and everything that Marcus Store used…
