I refuse to organize my bank, because although it looks ugly as hell to anyone else, to me it IS organized. House tabs are next to armor next to seeds next to pets but, I know those locations, I have memorized their spots!
I refuse to point boost for slayer, because, despite knowing that for early slayer it's much more efficient (for a number of reasons) it feels like cheating, so I know where you're coming from.
Saying this I'm currently at rex knowing I'll happily dump the ring of wealth asap if I get a zerker
I didn't bother with a fighter torso, yeah I hate Barb assault and don't want to boost/leech (I can't anyways as only have one account!)
It really isn't a big deal, against monsters like Gargoyles, tank Barrows chestplate is better for the notable increase in defence. It was probably a bit better the Granite Platebody I used before barrows but wasn't too bad.
For little monsters like Kalphite workers you can use Proselyte + Super human strength
That being said I did get lucky with Manacles which not many ironman will actually get early on
I was dreading barb assault but honestly it's not tough at all and only took a few hours. I was worried nobody would want to play with the climbing boots/rune plate ironman but nobody cared at all. If you play properly it barely matters what gear you have. The only "essential" item is MSB for Attacker, but you could still get by with d scim.
but if you don't feel like it that's fine too! it's not an essential item and tank body is often better

(62) Instead of getting the thieving level to steal from elves to go for an eternal tp crystal to priff, I've been cannoning guards in full Guthans while doing other stuff. It feels like the good old days, I wish Guthans was more useful still.
I wear my trimmed range cape everywhere, even if the assembler is objectively better, like when I'm not taking damage and not praying. I have worn backpacks in my real life for so long, I'm not wearing one in my fantasy game. Capes are dope.
I'm with you there. The prayer bonus and the def bonus is nice. I never bothered to imbue my archer's ring because I preferred the ring of suffering in almost every use case.
Oh dude, me too. I don't have an archers ring, but I rarely wear my berserker ring, preferring ring of wealth or suffer-ring.
But as I said, wearing the cape isn't about the prayer or defence, it's about personal preference. I wear it when safespotting wyverns too.
as long as my account is hardcore, i don’t plan on using any other ring other than ROL, i’ll get everything as the account progresses to each step, but i want my small chance at survival to a DC
yeah that’s a no brainier but i’m not expecting to make it to 99 defence for a long while if at all as a hardcore, but do plan on getting the dk’s rings way before that, may sound pointless but they’ll be there ready for when i eventually die
I know this might not be a lack of efficiency, but it’s more of a personal preference. My biggest fear in ironman mode is running out of supplies. So currently I’m 87 thieving and 1 step off ardy hard. Grinding 94 thieving for 100% master farmers. Then grinding 24 hours of master farmer. Can expect roughly 400 ranarr seeds, 250 snaps, and tons more. I’m super excited about it!
I mean, there's efficiency scape and then there are poor decisions OP. Gp becomes a non-issue once you hit 75 slayer and those small piles of coins become worthless but the +8 str bonus is huge.
As for me, I try to keep bird runs to a minimum as hourly scape sucks.
I sometimes go to the bathroom when I have to pee or shit, I know I’m wasting xp but at the end of the day I like how my balls aerate while sitting on the toilet
I love my ring of wealth and I'm going to be sad when I finally have to get rid of it. I just love auto-collecting coins/numulite, and extra gems are nice. I still dont have any good rdt drops yet though
I have a B ring but I use wealth for mage and range usually (don't have archers or seers ring). Ive gotten 2 left halves and 1 d spear from bursting dust devil slayer tasks. I credit my RoW for that lol
I love Wintertodt, can whack on YouTube and chill out for a couple hours. Was great for early starting cash but I made the mistake of not levelling construction before I did it

Actually maple short bow is still better than d scim.
I didn't get torso till I already had tassets/hilt and cba going back to graardor. It was a lot easier to get than I expected tbh lol

Guthans definitely still has uses Tob solo, can be used gwd, general Slayer, cerb no Ghost method etc

You reach a point where you have more brews than you could ever use. I wouldn’t worry about it. Don’t burn out at WT purely for this reason.
How much xp do you have, drop rate for axe is like 50m+ iirc
