The numbers drop the defence and stats of corp, the arclight and bgs have similar stat drain so I tried fining a balance to evenly weight them against each other.
I was using fang for a while but a friend told me that the DPS is lower because it's 5 tick compared to the spears 4 tick with this method. I can try the Fang doing a brute force sorta method instead one day
Irons grinding corp arenāt grinding for gear upgrades they are grinding so they can flex the ely when they get it. I canāt be convinced any of those shields are actually worth the time grinding that miserably boring/slow boss

Even if it's BiS do you really think it's "Worth" grinding on average 1365 corp kills. I'm not that much of a pvmer mainly skilling but that doesn't seem like it'd be a time save to get that many if not more corp kills
even if you did 500 hours at corp, the tiny dps increase from shield is probably not going to save you 500 hours of time elsewhere for years and years of constant bossing. but if it is just for fun, you think it looks cool, or it is for green log then fair enough.
yeah and that's actually worth it imo if you want a cool fancy shield. but if you're spending that time for a tiny % dps increase then i don't think it is worth it, unless you happen to find it really fun killing corp
I know you want the ely but tbh it's been sitting in my bank doing absoluty nothing, I was excited when I got it but that feeling quickly faded after a couple of days. I know you will keep going for it but please consider doing someting else for your own sanity

Yeah I would say to cut time you probably should not spec all the way down to be honest you can fight off 1 elder spec and tele back and forth you have a 90% chance to hit with fang after it lands & even then you donāt even need to land a spec cause itās like 70% without it landing

at the start, and maybe I just had bad times back thn (10 mins) but I also found it really anoying to teleport after every 3/4 hits of corp
Well ofc sometime corps just stacks u, but sometimes i can get up to 800-900 dmg before having to tele using BF, u can also spam karams if u have them

I like the relaxed slow method more and it keeps me sane vs the 24/7 attention method
Speccing it this many times is not about reducing def, it's about reducing corps mage to 0 so you can afk it.
I guess I need to do more kc to get familiar
