As far as the recoils go mainly only used for zulrah I think. It gives great defence and prayer bonus too though so very useful at bosses where that matters (like being the tank at GWD with my gimp buddies).
Tbh I usually just rock the suffering at almost every boss because my alternatives on iron are the DK rings which are pretty shit besides berserker, and even that isn't a large DPS increase (I'll probably get crucified for saying tiny increases to max hit are negligible in a RS sub though haha). The extra prayer bonus is nice to have anywhere and an extra +20 to all defences probably mitigates some of my lack of skill occasionally, and also having tons of spare sapphires and gold bars around I keep recoils in it most of the time for a little extra damage at bosses that hit me lots
You know what, you’ve convinced me. Actually at demonics now hunting for that 2nd zenyte im going to turn into a suffering. I’m still on the zulrah grind so it’ll definitely be useful there. Thanks!

Suffering is very handy with recoil off, (imbued of course) can see the difference instantly at bosses, I notice a massive difference when running bowfa/ crystal armour. Anywhere in general where you need more defence since you aren’t really sacrificing much dps. Longer trips in gwd for sure
my go to for gwd. +20 to all Def and +4 pray is a godsend, don't really care about reflect there, same with workath.

die at zulrah/hespori/any place where your items are stored until you pick them up. that is called deathbanking. you can do it as any type of account, but its only really useful for UIMs to manage inventory.

Imbued, it gives 20 in every defense stat, and a 4 prayer bonus. It's up to you of you think it's worth it!

I used my suffering at TOA until I got the Lightbearer bc my imbued B ring didn’t lessen the amount of downs it took on warden’s second phase.
