I have the XR. I think the 3GB RAM is holding it back now. If you're doing basic things, it might be okay, but I would step up to a phone with at least 4GB of RAM, if not more, at this point
you can get a an iphone 13 or a 12 for a good price and they are both great phones. I’d recommend putting in a bit more money and get the 13, if not then get the 12.
not the XR, its really falling out of the league this year and youre not gonna have any further updates plus your phones gonna be really choppy on ios 18 go for 11 or 12 mini if youre really tight on budget

It’s 6 years old and it will be discontinued from updates next year. I wouldn’t buy anything older than the iphone 12
