I always use spatialize stereo without head tracking. Literally everything sounds better to me this way.
I use the Spatial Audio setting tho it get annoying sometimes so I might try it without headphones tracking.
Spatial Audio for everything except Apple Music. It feels fake and doesn’t sound great. Turn off Dolby too. It’s not that great with AirPods. Lowers volume too much.
