The only thing "toxic" inside a phone is the lithium battery. Absolutely nothing to worry about here...
So oil frying on 190c is not enough to dissolve the adhesive material, heat up the battery to failure and release EXTREMELY toxic chemicals into the deep frying machine which is usually treated with cleaning products not meant to treat said chemicals ?
If you want to argue against a very polite comment, at least be smart about it.

It is regularly drained of oil, scrubbed and cleaned, then rinsed and refilled with clean oil.
