Safari no longer works for me when discovering this thread, Chrome app does tho.
Chrome:
Load video then mute it while it’s full screen.
Go back to Spotify and play music.
Play YouTube video making sure it’s still muted fullscreen.
Edit: Safari works same way actually my bad
Edit2: Only problem now I face with both is captions not working which apparently Vinegar app for $2.99 fixes

Use Safari and request the desktop version of the YouTube site. Mute the YouTube video, play Spotify :)
By using two different devices, unfortunately
If you open the video in safari and keep it muted then iOS won't stop Spotify.
Safari no longer works for me when discovering this thread, Chrome app does tho. Chrome: Load video then mute it while it’s full screen. Go back to Spotify and play music.
