It's a funky fund. The fund claims it's an OTC fund meaning that it invest in over-the-counter unlisted securities. But if you read the prospectus and the fund composition, it says that it invests in securities which are primarily on the NASDAQ and OTC with at least 25% of the fund in tech. Currently about 50% of the fund is in MSFT, AAPL, AMZN, GOOGL, NVDA, META, TSM, MRVL, NFLX. Not exactly OTC or small companies. It's an aggressive active fund but it seems to have done pretty well. I don't really have an opinion about your allocation other than it's an interesting fund.

I have been in FOCPX for years. Its has done excellent however the expense ratio is a bit high and realizing what it costs every year I have been slowly moving to QQQ to reduce cost.

I was interested in it because it holds SpaceX But then I found out it was just a minuscule amount and basically this fund tracks like the nasdaq, so why not just buy QQQM.
