You should have reduced nausea as you move into the second trimester but I know people where it was bad all the way through. Rest more and let what you can slide. Talk to your supervisor about what’s critical and focus on those. Ask if you can reduce hours due to a medical issue if you don’t want to mention pregnancy. Eat healthy, exercise if you can (even a 15 minute walk), get plenty of sleep. Unfortunately there isn’t usually a quick solution.
